This is a place that brings together everything necessary and sufficient to tantalize your taste buds and provide you with all the pleasure of a truly convivial and charming meal: the Chef elevates each dish, enhancing, but without excess, the flavorful and indulgent nature of the ingredients, sauces, and subtle nuances. The service is provided by the owner and attentive, competent, and remarkably friendly staff. The terrace is relaxing and perfect for discovering the restaurant's cuisine. The wines by the glass are decent, although one could indulge oneself with slightly more refined alternatives, while still remaining regional. In short, and as I was saying to the owner, this is a restaurant that evokes the essence of France, the France of yesteryear (because it's all too rare today), where everyone took pride and care in doing things well! And to top it all off, the prices are very reasonable. I will return. With immense pleasure.
