Everything was perfect, the room, the meal, the service, the spa. We had a very good weekend and recommend the place

Second stay at the Hôtel du Parc as well as the Yonaguni Spa! As usual Top 👌 Special mention for Kyrian (sorry if I spelled it wrong 😅), who made an impact during each stay at the bar, he lives his job as a passion with great professionalism! He takes great care and is extremely pleasant, THANK YOU TO HIM SO MUCH 🙏 Some people (a minority) at Spa Yonaguni could learn a lot from his kindness 😉

Only two stars for a hotel that I really like. I am proactively leaving a review hoping that it will be read by management and that they will respond to help us find a solution. We have booked a room + SPA day with my wife and our wish is to go to the place by bike. We therefore called the hotel to ensure that the bikes could be stored either in our room or in a secure room. These are quite expensive bikes. We came across a lady at reception who was not ready to help us. In summary, we don't have a solution for you. Your bikes will stay outside. Take it or leave it. Too bad for such a beautiful address. Update: When we arrived, we spoke with the person at reception who informed us that the hotel was working to add a secure bicycle garage.

one night stay with day at yonaguni spa the next day. beautiful establishment, warm and cordial welcome. fairly small room, overcrowded decor, narrow bathroom and glass door leaving little privacy to go to the toilet. the spa included in the hotel is limited. pretty swimming pool, some saunas and hammam, nice decoration. the tour is completed in one hour. we left the space because of the high level of chlorine in the water and air, severely irritating our eyes and respiratory tract. aperitif at the hotel bar in a beautiful atmosphere, cozy and warm space, pleasant and very professional waiters. meal in the small Alsatian room near the entrance. server alone to ensure the entire room having to manage the orders, the service and the dishes. the dishes were excellent but the sequence was extremely fast leaving little time to digest a few minutes…. day at yonaguni spa the next day: it’s very beautiful, modern, a bit cold in the atmosphere. the large indoor swimming pool is only equipped with a few jets all around it. It’s a shame it’s the only quiet place in the spa. the maze is extremely noisy, the jets fall on you, splash in your eyes and cause a deafening noise in the high corridors of the spa. once again the chlorine content was unbearable. After an hour again we had irritated eyes, a headache and we left the place feeling nauseous. the jamal sauna area is very good, the places are clean and pleasant. in conclusion: our first spa where we left the place after an hour each time and where we returned worse than when we arrived. we will not return there.

Great hotel, lovely decor, really impeccable and helpful staff. 5-course menu, delicious. Very nice SPA.

A very, very nice experience, everything is done to make you feel really good. The environment, the caring staff, the restaurants and especially the SPA. It's innovative, magical and very well thought out. A gem, I would return with great pleasure 🤗

A wonderful hotel still under construction to create parking, rooms and extended spa. The spa is great with nice outdoor pool area, but lacks the service of similar spas in Germany, Austria, Dolomites…lack of towels in sauna/haman spa, lack of water (for goodness sake …you are in a spa and no free water and refreshments for hydrating). Not good. For me if you are extending build a gym/yoga area for stays of more than 3 days this is important in this std of hotel !!!! An amazing breakfast is served but crowded and busy…and of course the beautiful Alsace on the doorstep with Obernai, Colmar and Strasbourg easily reachable. One other concern the €10 for a glass of Riesling when you can buy a better bottle next door for €10 is ridiculous …room charge is enough without 600% mark up on the wine in a wine region. Encourages guest to eat out, and there is plenty of choice.

Really nice hotel. I don't understand the bad reviews of this place. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, they are made in style with the rest of the building, which is a nice old building. The restaurant is really good and the breakfast is sumptuous. In addition, the spa is also absolutely fantastic. We would love to come again when we get the chance.

Pour compléter mon avis laissé à l’hôtel, le repas était délicieux. Une attention particulière pour l’anniversaire de mon mari a été faite à ma demande. Un menu signature est disponible (86€) Nous sommes bien conseillés, nous avons pris entrée - plat - dessert à la carte et avons très bien mangé.
