An incredible restaurant, far from the classic codes of French gastronomy. The staff made us feel very comfortable. We play with the sommelier to guess the origin of the wines offered with the dishes. And the chef is accessible to listen to what we liked the most. A well-deserved star.

La cuisine est excellente, les produits de grande qualité. Menu en 5 services impeccable sur chacun des plats, très bien accompagnés par un accord mets et vins de qualité. Le service est très agréable et sympathique. Une très belle expérience dont le seul bémol est que la terrasse mériterait d’être plus agréablement aménagée, notamment dans sa séparation avec le parking.

To discover, just one downside, when you take 5 dishes with a pairing of 5 wines the quantity of wine served to taste is too minimal! I think there is an effort to be made on the dosage! remark made to the sommelier who agreed! it's a shame

I had an unforgettable time at the restaurant "Le Saint Hilaire". The Michelin-starred cuisine is simply exceptional, each dish a true masterpiece. The flavors are refined and the ingredients are quality. The Michelin green star is well deserved, we really feel the commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly cuisine. The service is impeccable, the staff is attentive and very professional. The setting is charming and the atmosphere very pleasant, ideal for a special evening. The presentation of the dishes is neat, almost too beautiful to eat. I particularly appreciated the wise advice for choosing wines. An address that I recommend without hesitation to all food lovers. Congratulations to the entire Saint Hilaire team for this exceptional culinary experience!

What a wonderful moment. We loved everything! The elegance of the place, contemporary decoration with soft and natural materials, authenticity intertwine with modern art. A feeling of serenity immediately takes over… We discovered the 9-course menu, in each tasting our taste buds deliciously encountered the passion of the chef through his wonderful creative plates with regional flavors. Unusual dishes, but which reveal emotions of tastes that are familiar to us. Inventive blends, which once in the mouth harmonize like a culinary melody. We had intense, gourmet emotions, the team is extremely warm and we are guided through each bite with great pleasure and generosity. The chef has chosen local partnerships and we feel it keenly in his cuisine. There is also the history of the region, and we were sensitive to the inventiveness that he displays between the alliance of flavors and the supports (plates etc.) to tell us a real story. The time spent in his kitchen tasting the meat dish was a real moment of sharing and what a treat! Thanks to Sébastien and Gladys and their wonderful team.
