Le Rivage Restaurant sur Barneville-Carteret

Very good time spent in Les Ormes for a birthday, thank you for the welcome and for being very attentive! Please note: no reserved spaces but right next to the public parking lot and spaces on the street. The garden at the back is magnificent and very well maintained!

Nous avons déjeuné et diné dans cet excellent restaurant. Je suis vraiment fan de la cuisine de Damien Goguet et cela s'est encore confirmé. Tout est à la fois puissant et délicat, une cuisine simple (faussement) , gouteuse et harmonieuse de l'entrée au dessert ! Mention spéciale pour les crevettes roses en rémoulade et le tartare de langoustines, si fin. Très bons produits, très bonnes cuissons. Desserts délicieux avec une maitrise impeccable de la noix de coco, des sorbets parfaits, des jeux de textures, de chaud froid. J'adore ! ! De plus, le cadre est agréable, les vins très bien et l'accueil et le service sont simples et chaleureux. Une valeur très sûre

Superb romantic hotel, pleasant, very clean and well located! Discovered thanks to Google reviews, I highly recommend this establishment for a pleasant stopover in Barneville Carteret.

We stayed for 2 nights during mid April, the hotel was comfortable, welcoming and clean. Breakfast was very good with a great choice of hot and cold food. The team were very welcoming and helpful with recomendations of where to eat etc as it was closed season and early in the week with many places closed. We has some wonderful house made Foie Gras to take away on departure which was absolutely delicious ! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excellent welcome, cozy and very comfortable rooms

This Saturday noon, we had a very pleasant time in this establishment during lunch. Everything was beautifully made, presented and served. The dishes are very finely made. The service is perfect, discreet, and without downtime without being too fast. The setting is decorated with taste and care. Again, our compliments.

Lovely hotel. Comfortable clean rooms. Great views and location. Very friendly staff Very good breakfast with good variety. We only spent one night here but would certainly go back.

We had a set lunch here on Easter Day - a special opening of the restaurant - and it was truly excellent. They are not opening much this year it seems due to staffing problems, but if you catch it open do go. The food is exquisite and totally delicious. They are taking bookings for parties of 10+ this summer and opening on occasional days.
