Le Roc Alto sur Saint-Veran

Attentive staff, but some malfunctions and shortcomings. There is a safe in the room but the battery needs to be changed, a presence detector for the light in the toilets but it stays on for no reason at night, (problem reported but not corrected), hammam broken.. .A small refrigerator with complimentary bottled water but no mini-bar. Flies everywhere. You can hear noise from other rooms...The price of parking and breakfast is very high. The setting is superb, but it is more of a 3 star than a 4 star.

Perfect welcome, attentive and available staff. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Copious, all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet.

We spent 2 nights in a prestige room with a magnificent view of the mountains surrounding Saint Veran the hotel and is well up to the standards of a 4 star with children's areas, relaxation lounges, bar, swimming pool, terrace, restaurant and bar with always very pleasant and attentive staff. The breakfast is very filling and plentiful, for those who like spas the massage and the quality of the spa staff are also worth discovering! I recommend this very beautiful, rare place these days, everything was perfect Thank you

Stay from 5 to 7/7, as a couple. An ideal hotel in a fabulous setting, perfect service and quality catering, including breakfast with local products. The welcome from the director and the availability of the entire team are appreciable. We were with our dog and he was the happiest too. The walks departing from the hotel are superb and numerous, including the chance to walk in the high mountains accompanied by marmots! A hotel that we recommend and to which we will return, summer or winter!

Unforgettable stay in this superb hotel at the foot of the slopes. The architecture blends perfectly into this idyllic mountain setting. Panoramic terrace, breakfast without too many products but complete, with very good local products! You can enjoy it by the fire as there is a sublime fireplace in the breakfast room. Just like in the restaurant, which makes the place very welcoming! Great bartenders who concocted very original and quality cocktails for us. The prestige rooms are magnificent! Large terrace, large closets, bathroom with bathtub plus shower with very good amenities. The hotel is modern while remaining in a very warm mountain theme. The sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and indoor outdoor swimming pool area is perfect. Everything is in the same place so very practical! The swimming pool is certainly a little cold, but for the sake of ecology we can only understand and it is invigorating after a sauna or hammam session. The team is great, the maids always at our service! The hotel is dog-friendly, a big positive point for us! The manager is close to his customers and attentive, which is rare in 4-star hotels… Ski shop within the hotel, very practical! I couldn't have made it any shorter, as this hotel charmed us and made us loyal for life! We will definitely come back next winter! Thanks everyone! Claire-Marine, Guillaume & Jiji

Very beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast. I recommend with my eyes closed! The director and his team are top notch!
