Surprisingly good food given the location and price. Simply better than expected

The cuisine unfortunately does not live up to the price, even the drinks left something to be desired. Bread served as a whole baguette in a bag is surprising but why not. On the other hand, trying to make us pay for bottled water every time we ask for a drink is a bit of an abuse. Be careful and specify carefully in the carafe, and insist well. All the strangers around us seemed to have been fooled.

The sauerkraut that is served here is excellent. The meat served with it is very well cooked and tasty. The decoration is cute, and the waitresses are smiling and friendly. The prices, however, are exorbitant. We had consulted the menu before entering the restaurant and we therefore expected the price we were going to pay, however the quality is far from worth the price. Not that the cuisine is bad, but it is no better than another bistro which would have a starter + main course formula for €20. I would also like to point out the fact that on several occasions the waiters tried to offer us bottled water (and therefore paid for) and that I had to specify a carafe each time. All tables around us asked for water and received a bottle charged at the end. Given the prices charged by the house, I found this kind of "tourist trap" a little inappropriate.
