Everything was simply perfect. The humorous service was attentive to requests, unobtrusive yet prompt. The best part, of course, was the food: the Corsican appetizer was enough for two, the main course (lamb or veal) was tender and juicy, and the dessert and wine left nothing to be desired.

We had a wonderful evening at this establishment. I highly recommend the menu. The service was perfect, as was the food. We were delighted, and when we return to Ajaccio, we will definitely eat at this lovely restaurant again.

An excellent restaurant! There were four of us, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal; the food was truly excellent from start to finish.
A huge thank you also for the incredible welcome extended to our two dogs. It's so nice to find a restaurant so welcoming to animals.
The staff is lovely, always smiling, very pleasant, and attentive. Honestly, we have absolutely no complaints!
We will definitely return to Le Roi de Rome. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Exceptional cuisine, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the dishes as a whole.
Impeccable service.
Honestly, you don't see many restaurants with this type of cuisine anymore; there's always a dish that people turn their noses up at, especially for larger tables, but not in this restaurant.
I'm delighted, thank you!

We had a great dinner. Excellent wine list: we drank a good organic red from a winery in northern Corsica (Giacometti Desert des Agriates). The cannelloni with brocciu cheese were excellent and generously portioned. The service was friendly and attentive.
