Short version: Simply delicious. We dined at this restaurant again and thoroughly enjoyed both the main courses and desserts. The pork chop with foie gras was an explosion of flavors, tender and generously coated, while the veal with pancetta impressed with its perfect cooking and delicate aroma. Each dish revealed a subtle balance between Corsican tradition and the chef's creativity. The service was exceptionally attentive; the waiters took great care of my pregnant partner, offering suitable options and attentive service.
