Excellent restaurant, highly recommended

We had dinner on a Sunday evening in March, somewhat by chance, as another restaurant (Mamijotte), unable to accommodate us, recommended Le Roman Bleu. We weren't disappointed. We chose duck breast with a succulent and flavorful carrot purée, and a hamburger with fabulous onion compote and perfect homemade fries. Even the bread (from a local artisan baker) that accompanied the dishes was incredible! For dessert, we had poached pears with vanilla, sprinkled with a local spice, maceron, which we discovered and which has a flavor unlike anything we've ever tasted. The service was impeccable, discreet, efficient, friendly, and eager to satisfy our curiosity (especially about the maceron). The atmosphere was calm; although it was busy, we could hear each other perfectly, and the Brazilian background music was perfectly in keeping with the ambiance. A must-see, we might even go back before the end of the week... Thanks 👌🏻
