A very nice restaurant in Noirmoutier! The daily special and à la carte dishes were very good, and the atmosphere and service were very pleasant.

Dinner with a friend staying with me on holiday. Set menu (starter and main course) for 29 euros. The dishes were beautiful and delicious, the service warm and efficient. Good wines by the glass. A place I will recommend to my guests this season.

Update after another visit: still just as incredible. Generous and refined cuisine. A huge congratulations to the chef! Second visit to Le Roman Bleu and still fantastic! Refined cuisine with quality ingredients. The team is super friendly! A three-course meal for €34—unbeatable value. I highly recommend it, don't hesitate! 😁

Kudos to the chef! 🌟 A wide selection, a great wine list, and excellent cocktails. Elegant dining room, warm atmosphere, and attentive service. You'll feel right at home and be treated to a feast for both the eyes and the palate. A must-try! 😃 No dogs allowed

A very pleasant surprise with the discovery of Le Roman Bleu! The staff were friendly, the service impeccable, and they took excellent care of our baby! The €34 menu is simply incredible…so many flavors, perfectly balanced, and the portions were truly generous! We will definitely be back regularly! Congratulations to the team!

07/02/2026: A truly wonderful discovery: this "annex" to the adjoining three-Michelin-starred restaurant run by Alexandre and Céline Couillon. Luckily for us, as La Marine hadn't yet reopened for the season, we had the chance to watch the chef and his wife at work. We appreciated the warm welcome, the quality, kindness, and simplicity of the service, the perfect charcoal grilling, the attention to detail in each dish, and the exquisite flavors… A truly delightful experience, without a doubt. A tip: reserve a table at the counter to admire the ballet of the kitchen brigade as they whirl about in a meticulously efficient choreography.
21/11/2025: An unexpected culinary interlude that delighted our taste buds during our stopover on the island of Noirmoutier. Beautiful setting, impeccable and ever-smiling staff. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

10/01/2026: Our taste buds were in heaven (thanks to the chef and his young team...) 😋👏 5 stars for this 3-star restaurant because here it's all about flavors, surprises, daring touches—in short, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. 🍾😃👍 A delightful journey through origins, colors, aromas, flavors, textures... A truly great restaurant! Alexandre Couillon takes us beyond the port... elsewhere... and sometimes quite far away. From here to elsewhere... like a voyage at sea.
30/11/2025: A truly moving experience at the end of this dinner. A timeless moment, orchestrated by exquisitely refined service. Thank you to Alexandre and Céline Couillon for this unique experience that we will not soon forget.
