We were delighted with our meal at Le Roman Bleu. The food is excellent; being gluten intolerant, the waiter reassured me about the dishes I ordered.
The galettes were particularly delicious.

Edit 09 2026: Le Roman Bleu is our favorite restaurant when we come to Noirmoutier on summer vacation. The cuisine is refined and delicious, the staff is attentive, and the prices are reasonable.
We're coming back next week 😊 and again in 2027. Thank you to the whole team.

Chosen at random, most of the restaurants were full, but we weren't disappointed at all. The decor was simple and pleasant, the staff efficient and friendly, and the food was delicious and generous. Every dish was tasty. Reasonable prices.

Once seated, there was a short wait while the place filled up, then the menus were distributed and an aperitif offered. After taking our order, the Swiss-style service began, with dishes served promptly, beautifully presented, and above all, delicious food. Delighted with the experience, we will return.
