We spent a peaceful evening in this charming little square. The food was delicious and refined, and the servers were very attentive. Bravo to the chef for the cuisine! 👏 I'll be ordering again.

We went to eat at Roman Bleu, we had a reservation, but ended up with a table on the terrace in the passageway. We waited 30 minutes just to order and get a carafe of water. The €7 glass of white wine wasn't chilled. While the restaurant has a fairly large number of servers, the wait between courses was far too long. It's a real shame the service is so inefficient because the food is very good.

A fantastic place we discovered during our visit to Noirmoutier! The staff are welcoming and friendly. We opted for the €29 set menu and everything was perfect! We had a wonderful meal in a pleasant setting. Great value for money 👍

A wonderful experience. We were very warmly welcomed even without a reservation. Both menus looked very appealing, but we were particularly drawn to the one with the razor clams with garlic and the salmon ceviche. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, and the presentation was original. For dessert, given the heat, we opted for something classic: ice cream, which was delicious. The service was perfect overall. If we return to Noirmoutier, we will gladly come back to try other dishes. Best wishes for the rest of the season.

01/07/2026: Everything was perfect. The dishes were delicious, from the pan-seared hake fillet to the seared tuna, right down to the dessert—a real treat. The waitresses were pleasant and smiling. It was a real pleasure to end the holidays with a visit here. I would give it 6/5 and I would.
30/06/2026: A refined restaurant with superb quality, perfectly aged beef. They also have a lovely selection of fish and shellfish. Furthermore, the atmosphere is very friendly, the waitstaff are delightful and wear a very original suspender uniform. The decor is also very tasteful. I highly recommend it! A great place to eat on the island of Noirmoutier.

04/07/2026: Small dining room, but excellent food and top-notch service. The menu features 4 to 5 appetizers, 4 to 5 main courses, and the same number of desserts. Everything is fresh, the fish is cooked to perfection, and the chocolate mousse is divine. Reservations are recommended to guarantee a table. A bit noisy for my taste, but I highly recommend this restaurant.
02/07/2026: A very warm welcome. Excellent food. Located in the heart of Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, near the pedestrian shopping street. Reservations are made through their website. Very convenient.
