09/12/2025: What a fantastic find! It was my first time at this restaurant and honestly, I loved it! The food is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I highly recommend it!

Having tried it twice already, there's no doubt about it: it's the best restaurant in Metz if you enjoy old-fashioned bistro fare. The service is quick, yet the servers still have time to chat, joke, and ask questions. The food is high-quality, well-balanced, and reasonably priced. The dishes are classic but often given a modern twist, always maintaining a perfect balance. Of course, the atmosphere is that of a small, intimate restaurant where you shouldn't be afraid of conversation, but this only reinforces the "old-fashioned bistro" feel.

21/02/2026: I hereby officially award 'Le Paris' its sixth star! Everything is simply perfect – the food is sensational, the wine is superb, the service is efficient and unobtrusive, and the atmosphere is pleasant! 101% recommendation!
