Le Rossini sur Charleville-Mezieres

Located on the corner near the Town Hall, it was a place we used to go regularly with colleagues. Unfortunately, on three occasions, we had problems with the food. The first time, we had to change our dish due to a freshness issue, which the chef disputed despite our complaint. Another time, we had the same problem with fish. The day we finally gave up on it, we waited over 30 minutes for ice cream we had ordered at lunchtime, when our time was limited, only to find out they were out. We left and never went back. It's a shame, because the place itself is quite nice.

The establishment stands out for its warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. The staff is particularly attentive and pleasant. ​However, the culinary experience was uneven. While some of the à la carte offerings (starters, main courses, and desserts) are of a very high standard and fully justify their price, several others have high prices that are clearly disproportionate to the quality served.

We ate very well, very nice welcome, no push towards the exit, closing at 10 p.m., we left after 11 p.m. We recommend it.

A relaxed atmosphere in a pleasant setting, welcomed by competent, friendly, and highly professional staff. Exceptional culinary mastery, making this establishment a true landmark of local gastronomy. In short, I am pleasantly surprised by the improvement in the establishment compared to my last visit earlier this year.
