08/10/2024: I want to edit my review to emphasize even more how exceptional this little snack and ice cream sale is. What really struck me and which deserves to be highlighted is their impeccable organization. There is one person dedicated to cashing and another in the kitchen, which allows for incredible fluidity. When the dishes are ready, a small beeper warns, thus avoiding any waste of time. Everything is designed to be fast, efficient and organized. But what literally impressed me – and this is the first time I have seen this in an establishment – ​​is their exemplary rigor in terms of hygiene. When ordering ice cream, one person collects and another serves, and the latter uses a napkin to take the cones, without ever directly touching the food. It’s a detail that makes all the difference and that I find simply incredible. This shows how hygiene is a priority for them. In many other establishments, even butchers or bakeries, employees handle money before touching the food, which I find unacceptable. Here, it’s quite the opposite, and I’m really impressed by their professionalism at this level. My whole family was pleasantly surprised by this attention to hygiene, which deserves much more than a simple 5 star. On top of that, the ice creams are excellent, the food is fresh and delicious. I had shrimp and whelk, it was really very fresh, and since then I have had a hard time eating seafood in other restaurants near me. Their quality makes a real difference, and I am convinced that this is partly due to their proximity to the sea. Their service is impeccable, their organization admirable, and the quality of the products impeccable. I think many establishments should follow their example.
