An excellent restaurant with fresh, high-quality cuisine and a wide variety of flavors. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. They also have a very good wine selection that perfectly complements the food. Highly recommended – we will definitely be back.

Refinement is the word that stayed with me from the beginning to the end of the meal. Refined cuisine: each dish hides an unexpected flavor that delicately surprises your taste buds. We had the pleasure of discovering Le Saint Joseph by enjoying the “Intuition” menu, on a double special occasion for us. From the moment we arrived, the tone was set: absolutely incredible service, at once warm, cheerful, natural, and exceptionally attentive. We felt genuinely welcomed and guided with great care throughout the meal. As for the cuisine, the experience was simply unforgettable. Probably one of the best we've ever encountered. Each dish was remarkably delicate, both in flavor and presentation. It was a truly suspended moment, a culinary journey that leaves a lasting impression! A huge thank you for this timeless interlude, where everything—the food, the service, and the ambiance—exudes refinement and care.

A wonderful discovery! We opted for the "Intuitions" menu, a four-course meal consisting of an amuse-bouche, two appetizers, a main course, and a dessert. Everything was perfect: the flavor combinations, the portions, the taste. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A special mention for the floating island with its incredible coriander jus! The staff was very pleasant and guided us through this wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

04/09/2026: A wonderful discovery at Garden Colombes! We received a very warm welcome, especially from Sophie, who looked after us with such kindness. She's lovely, always smiling, and truly attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Lorenzo, who was also there, was charming and very professional. As for the food, we have absolutely no complaints: high-quality, homemade, and very tasty dishes. And above all, excellent value for money! Special mention goes to the lunch menu, which offers a delicious meal at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back! 😊
04/09/2026: A very warm and friendly welcome. The dining room is lovely with its veranda; we were seated in the small courtyard garden. The service was excellent, the team was fantastic. The appetizers, main courses, and desserts were all truly delicious. The thoughtful touch of the little petit four and the candle for my mother's birthday was wonderful. I will definitely return to try other dishes. Thank you for this lovely experience.
