Clear, tasty, and healthy choices. Portions are generous and the food is of good quality! We ate delicious burgers, one of us ordered a salad (a big, rich salad! 😃), and the kids' menu includes a scoop of ice cream or a waffle; everything was equally tasty. The chef and waiter were incredibly friendly and willing to provide explanations. In short: well worth the effort, and we enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommended.

We ate at Le Saint-Laurent and it was a very good experience. We were a group of seven, and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. I chose the roasted Saint-Nectaire cheese, served with potatoes and charcuterie, and it was simply delicious. The ingredients were high quality, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the entire dish was generous and very flavorful. The service was also perfect. We were served by two waiters, one quite young and the other taller, both very professional, welcoming, and particularly friendly. Their good humor and attentiveness greatly contributed to making our meal enjoyable. The restaurant had a convivial atmosphere. We went while a concert was taking place right across the street, which was a nice touch. In short, an excellent restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend for the quality of its cuisine, its welcoming atmosphere, and its ambiance. I will gladly return on my next visit to Brioude.

A truly excellent brasserie-style meal. A good selection on the menu, plus a daily special. The meat was delicious and cooked to perfection. The fries were homemade and excellent. The salad was very good. The portions were generous (you definitely get your money's worth). The service was perfect and unpretentious. The young waiter was very friendly and attentive. Perfect. I'll be back very soon, especially when the sun is shining so I can enjoy the terrace next time. Well done, keep up the good work!
