We had a wonderful meal at Restaurant Fristi in Charlieu! What a wonderful surprise! We walked in late in the afternoon, without a reservation, and were nevertheless greeted with a smile. The staff was incredibly friendly and really went out of their way to find us a table. The food was exquisite – fresh, flavorful, and carefully prepared. You could tell they paid close attention to both the ingredients and the presentation. The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and relaxed, just what you want after a day exploring the area. In short: even without a reservation, we were perfectly welcomed and treated to a delicious meal. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Charlieu! 👏🍷🍽️

Great decor, subdued atmosphere, impeccable service and friendly staff! But above all we had a great time: tasty foie gras and melt-in-the-mouth mezzelune, a delight.

A great place to go in Charlieu! Unbeatable value for money, and very friendly and fast service. We loved the cozy, subdued atmosphere of the place. The place to go to is the place to try the local specialty: andouille, of course :)

First of all, a very friendly welcome, a soothing yet bright setting, and top-notch decor. As for the cuisine, it's a real treat, full of originality and delicacy. The owner is a gem with a great sense of humor.
