An excellent Michelin-starred restaurant in Saint-Malo. A very zen atmosphere, attentive service, sublime flavors on the plates, a true exploration of taste – a delight for the palate. Don't hesitate to ask questions about the dishes, the flavors, the aromatic herbs; nothing will be kept from you, quite the contrary, it's a sharing of culinary knowledge. Thank you all for this excellent Michelin-starred experience.

Every year I treat my best friend to a meal at this restaurant, and every year she's delighted with my choice.
Everything is perfect: the decor, the welcome, the service, and she raves about the food and the presentation of the dishes.
So next year she'll get the same birthday present!
And since I live abroad, I highly recommend gift certificates; they're easy and very effective.

What a pleasant experience! Had an excellent lunch there with a friend, we both had the full menu. Started with oysters amulet to clear the pallet, followed by scallops in a butternut orange and ginger sauce. Then the best ravioli! filled with langoustine, parmesan and coriander, an explosion of flavours in the mouth. Continued with sea bass, pigeon then cheese and desert. All the portions were properly balanced. The decor is a matter of taste, the service excellent. Can't wait to return...

Beautiful restaurant with locally sourced cuisine.
We found the dishes lacked originality for a Michelin-starred restaurant. But they were still very good.
The service was relatively cold but adequate.
A major negative note came at the end of the meal, when we had to wait 45 minutes for an infusion.

4.7/10. We arrived early for our booking but were prompty seated and the service begun.
We had the long version of the menu, and at first were presented with a nice and crispy bread with toppings as a complement, delicious and rustic.
There were some minor hiccups with the service: we did not receive a wine list immediately and were left guessing. This was soon corrected. I think we interacted with 3 people, all friendly and helpful. Language skills varied, but as a foreigner to France i do not expect to have a fully english service. For a Michelin rated place, i would appreciate a consideration for international visitors though, as there are bound to be many. English on the menu would be cool, but it works as it is.
The wine pairings were really good, and all the wines excelled in their role. I got several hints of what to look for in stores. I don't know if there is a sommelier, but if there is, he/she should be commended for good work.
The output: lighting was subtle but adequate to see the food presentation in full detail. No disrupting music. Just the sounds of diners. Cutlery and the china was cool and varied, enhancing every particular dish and creating a theme, almost a journey with a clear crescendo.
The food was a mixed bag, but everything was thoughtfully, and even artfully, prepared. Ingredients were fresh and there were several innovative combinations of flavours that piqued our interest. The pigeon was a masterpiece of culinary perfection. The dessert (chocolate varietee kind) was pretty, but lacked contrast for its sweetness. The cheese dish at the end was delicious, but the contrasting sweet element was too subtle and buried at the bottom. We were also left perplexed with the greens in this dish, but concluded it was an effort to represent transition from mains to dessert.
I have to say, the ravioli was the single greatest ravioli i have had in all my life. Applause for that. True perfection.
All in all, we enjoyed the experience, the freshness, the art, the thought put into this. Wonderful, and most importantly, thought provoking.

We had a wonderful evening in this intimate atmosphere with impeccable service and absolutely delicious food. A menu that was both simple and original, with subtle and interesting flavors and combinations, we enjoyed ourselves from the appetizer to the dessert! Faultless!
