Very well located, very clean establishment, an extraordinary team. O little pampering for you very pleasant with a very well heated swimming pool. Nothing to complain about. This hotel just lacks hairdryers.

A great cook! Stay in a seminar, I don't eat meat or cheese, the gentleman did everything possible so that I could eat properly, and it was delicious! THANKS!

The welcome was impeccable, with smiling, warm and very professional staff. The rooms were comfortable, spotless and conducive to rest. Special mention for the chef and his team, the chef showed rare kindness with valuable advice. He even adapted the meal to our diet, which we particularly appreciated. The establishment is exemplary clean, and everything is designed to make you feel good. Thank you to the whole team for this great experience, we will come back with pleasure!

The hotel staff is incredibly kind. The catering team is also top notch, I enjoyed the breakfast prepared by chef Éric and Maria's delicious pancakes 😋 The rooms are clean, neat, the bedding very comfortable and the bathroom towels soft. The hotel is close to the city center which is very convenient. It has a bar and a restaurant which allows you to fully relax after returning from the day's activities. In short, I highly recommend this hotel 😀

Great hotel, very welcoming staff, comfortable rooms. We took advantage of the swimming pool which is heated, it was excellent after a day of skiing, too bad the sauna was not open. We did not eat there because the hotel is well located and the city center is easily accessible on foot, we preferred to walk around and eat in the center. On the other hand, we had cocktails at the bar upon returning which was very appreciated and breakfast was provided. In short, a great stay, thanks to the staff!

We had a wonderful stay, a very friendly and welcoming team. A special thank you to the chef, known as “the goldfish”😂, a generous, gourmet and gourmet cuisine at the same time, having made gestures of generosity for us for our 4 hours of walking. Another big thank you to the whole team, we will come back, be sure ☺️

The hotel is close to the city center and benefits from a lovely view of the Mont Dore valley. The restaurant and bar are welcoming (wood fire in the fireplace) with friendly and attentive staff. The room was comfortable and recently modernized. The building deserves insulation work and in particular the swimming pool which must be very energy intensive in winter. I would have also appreciated the sauna which was closed during our stay I recommend this establishment
