The service is quick and seamless, which is much appreciated. The concept of discovering the dishes through a story is very poetic. The dishes are excellent and surprising, just one minor complaint about one of the fourteen dishes on the menu (chicory flan) which lacked flavor. Excellent value for money.

We came for a four-course meal and were not disappointed by this unique experience. The choice not to know in advance what we were going to eat is disconcerting but very surprising. One of the only things I didn't really like was the pairing of non-alcoholic drinks with the dishes. "Lemon mushrooms" or "Spiced tomato" didn't really convince me, but I suppose that's a matter of taste. As for the service, it was quite pleasant. However, I think a little more time with each table to explain the dishes or ask about the flavors we recognized would have immersed us even more in the experience. This might also be a minor detail, but after paying the bill, we left our table without a goodbye, which surprised us. But overall, the experience was very good; a few small details that won't stop us from going back!
