We went to eat on a Tuesday and had the restaurant to ourselves! We chose the menu with 10 dishes + the wines that went with it, everything was fabulous and delicious! No false note, especially with the wines which were delicious and which went well with the dishes served. Having to guess what we were eating was super interesting because we took our time eating and guessing the flavors. At the end of each course, our server came to explain to us what was in each dish and presented us with the wine that would follow. The service was impeccable, thank you again for this fabulous experience! PS: for vegetarians or intolerances, the cooks will adapt ☺️

Very very good restaurant in Metz if not the best. You will be surprised by the quality and taste combinations. Everything is fresh, quality and excellent. The service is also very qualitative. No downsides, no false notes, everything is perfect. If you want to treat yourself and eat in a real restaurant, don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

Very pleasant gastronomic trip. Experience enhanced by the fact that we were alone this evening at the restaurant. Only one downside, no ice bucket for our bottle of champagne.

Nice surprise, originality, disconcerting flavors and mixtures but that's what we were looking for. Small downside for the presentation: glasses whitened by the dishwasher spoiling the wine tasting and menu plates full of fingerprints, but this can be corrected and very easily.
