Hello, I've been a few times already, and I love this intimate, clean, and peaceful place. Whether it's the decor, the service, or the food, everything is delightful. I find the menu ideas fascinating, each one unique, with very surprising yet delicious flavor combinations. Thank you, and I'll be back to try more new dishes at your one-of-a-kind restaurant. I would, however, suggest one minor point for improvement regarding the squid ink dish. The knife didn't cut the bacon inside the plate very well, making it more difficult to cut small pieces because of the fat, which made it a bit tricky and risked splashing sauce on me. But that's just a small detail; everything else was perfect, the server was excellent, and the game is very well reworked and of very high quality. A moment suspended in a peaceful atmosphere. Bravo to the culinary artist and also to the head waiter for guiding us through this journey full of surprises and delicacies. The wine pairing was superb!

This was our third visit with friends from Mulhouse. The setting remains very pleasant, and the dishes are remarkably refined and surprisingly sophisticated. Kudos to the chef. We had forgotten to mention that we had the Passtime card; the young man who served us gave us a particularly unexpected, curt, and utterly unprofessional dismissal, claiming it was Passtime's fault (we've already failed to mention it in other restaurants without this 'verbal' oversight being held against us). A small gesture would have been appreciated (a small discount?) or, at the very least, the two complimentary coffees? Not a chance! His haughty and unprofessional attitude earned him only one star, and we naturally changed our minds about the tip we were planning to leave, which was no longer deserved. This greatly detracted from the genuine enjoyment we nevertheless shared during the meal.

We enjoy discovering unusual restaurants, and this one was a success. It's a shame that upon arrival, we were greeted by a sewer smell that took a while to dissipate. The service was adequate, though there was little rapport with the waiter, who seemed more inclined to make lighthearted jokes. We knew it wasn't a meal in the traditional sense, but rather a journey through flavors. We were intrigued and amused by the search for and discovery. This pursuit of flavors, however, caused us to miss the essential element: the pleasure of enjoying what we were eating. As wine lovers, we didn't appreciate the wine pairing. It remains a novel experience, and we have no regrets, though it wasn't particularly memorable. We did appreciate the preparation and presentation of the dishes.
