We had an excellent experience. From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed tasting all the dishes and desserts. A big thank you to the chef and his team for the presentation and the exquisite flavors. The only slight drawback (which has nothing to do with the food itself but is nonetheless part of the experience) was the difficulty in reading the short poems accompanying each dish. The line breaks at the end of the poems were awkward and made them unpleasant to read. In any case, an exceptional experience; we will definitely be back!

A truly excellent culinary experience with a chef who has completely mastered his craft. The dishes were elaborate, the presentations carefully designed to impress; in that respect, it was perfect, especially with the nine-course menu. However, to take it to the next level, the service (which was still very good) could be improved, as it was a little slow and drawn out. Nevertheless, the two servers were incredibly attentive and pleasant. I highly recommend this establishment!

A truly wonderful culinary discovery that we will definitely recommend to our friends and family. The texts accompanying the meal are a real bonus, the service impeccable, and as for the food… it was exactly what we hoped to taste: unexpected ingredients perfectly combined! 31/03/2026: A dream wedding at Restaurant du Fort ✨ I wanted to share an exceptional review for Restaurant du Fort, as I held my wedding there and everything was absolutely magnificent. The setting is simply enchanting, the food divine, and the service of exceptional quality. A huge thank you to Laura and her husband, the owners, for their kindness, professionalism, and thoughtfulness throughout this entire experience. A big congratulations also to the chefs: the dishes were as visually stunning as they were delicious. The organization was impeccable—they took care of everything beforehand; all I had to do was show up and enjoy their magnificent work. Everything was perfectly executed: all the dishes arrived hot and were served simultaneously to all the guests—a real feat! From the reception to the buffet, the main courses, and even the cake, everything was fabulous. Thanks to them, I have a magnificent memory of this day, forever etched in my mind. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and this enchanting venue for all your important events. Congratulations again to the entire team, and a thousand thanks for this unforgettable day. Gigi
