Return to this establishment after several years of absence in order to rediscover the particularity of the place and to discover the cuisine of the new owners. This bunker always gives rise to this feeling of light deprivation and confinement. You get used to it quickly. All the tables are occupied which is a good omen. Limited staff which requires patience when taking orders and when the dishes arrive. A very limited menu but quality cuisine. I loved this beef chuck cooked at low temperature. A real treat. Very friendly owners and staff. We are ready to come back.

Booked for 15 and we were welcomed nicely. The dinner went perfectly in both quality of food and service. Slight suggestion would be on the desert (less of a wow effect for everyone - but still it was tasty) In terms of price: Around 75€ per person with a full course, a cocktail, two glasses of (good) wine and water

Very good restaurant. I recommend 1000%. From start to finish it was perfect. If I can be annoying I'll raise the temperature of the room a little, that's all! Thank you for your welcome and this good meal :)

I didn't know this restaurant at all, but it was a very nice surprise. The welcome begins upon arrival, a setting reminiscent of vacations. Gorgeous ! A restaurant with character, the menu, from the starter, to the main course, to the dessert: everything was tasty! In addition, you are welcomed and served by very friendly and attentive staff! Super friendly! I recommend 100%, and of course we will come back :)

Un grand merci à l'équipe du Fort pour cette incroyable repas élaboré avec beaucoup de goût et de minutie! On a était très surpris par le lieu qui est charmant ! Merci aussi pour le service et cette échange qui nous a fait du bien! On recommande fortement le Fort de Saint Julien-les-Metz vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés ! Jordan & Solène

Nous avons passé un agréable moment en famille. Plats exquis, y compris les menus enfants. Service très sympa. Discussion avec les gérants en fin de repas sur l'historique du site. Une très bon moment ! La terrasse a l'air sympathique, il faudra revenir aux beaux jours.

06/04/2024: We went to eat on a Tuesday and had the restaurant to ourselves! We chose the menu with 10 dishes + the wines that went with it, everything was fabulous and delicious! No false note, especially with the wines which were delicious and which went well with the dishes served. Having to guess what we were eating was super interesting because we took our time eating and guessing the flavors. At the end of each course, our server came to explain to us what was in each dish and presented us with the wine that would follow. The service was impeccable, thank you again for this fabulous experience! PS: for vegetarians or intolerances, the cooks will adapt ☺️

06/04/2024: A very friendly welcome, a very pleasant and dynamic team. Varied, copious and very good dishes. A warm decor and atmosphere, dimmed lights just enough to see the dishes correctly. Very very affordable prices. Little extra coffee offered or digestive, you don't see that everywhere. And always a kind word for customers. I strongly advise. Photos of Saber Flamme with top-notch meat. I give 4 stars because perfection does not exist but Le T'Chiz is very close.
