23/03/2026: We had an excellent experience. From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed tasting all the dishes and desserts. A big thank you to the chef and his team for the presentation and the exquisite flavors. The only slight drawback (which has nothing to do with the food itself but is nonetheless part of the experience) was the difficulty in reading the short poems accompanying each dish. The line breaks at the end of the poems were awkward and made them unpleasant to read. In any case, an exceptional experience; we will definitely be back!

07/04/2026: It leaves much to be desired. I came to this restaurant over three years ago and it was fantastic. I went back recently, and frankly, it's become pathetic. I ordered a pierrade and they brought me a sticky tray; 50% of the meat ended up in the bin. What a waste! I'll never go back.

07/04/2026: A huge disappointment. I went there a few years ago and had fond memories, but I was let down on Saturday night. I ordered a chicken escalope in cream sauce (the only halal meat option, unlike before). The escalope was dry, and the new potatoes were rather bland. I also ordered a chicken flammekueche, which was nothing special, and a "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts with coffee) that I won't soon forget... only the coffee was good. A waitress with curly hair wasn't very friendly. She took our order, and I told her to start the flammekueche first and bring the rest later. The result... she had forgotten about us! I waited an hour for the rest of my order because I had to flag down another waitress. Between the excessively long wait and the unsatisfactory taste, it was a complete disaster for me.

03/04/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - When taking a reservation, the owner was all sweetness and light, but when we arrived on time, she gave our table to some friends. We ended up being put in the corner and at different tables! Nice for a family meal booked two months in advance!! It's been a while, admittedly, but it's still unacceptable. We had to search for the owner at the end to pay. Apparently, you shouldn't disturb them when they're chatting with friends... Finally, a kitchen employee (a rather elderly gentleman, perhaps a family member) came to collect the payment. Furthermore, the dishes we had been promised were quite different and served cold. Only one waitress was competent and seemed a little annoyed by our treatment, but she had no power against THE OWNER. Upon leaving, and as we passed by these ladies and gentlemen, NOTHING! Not a thank you (what's the point?), not a goodbye (they probably understood we wouldn't be returning after such an attitude). IN SHORT - RUN, RUN, and don't believe any of the empty promises... TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS IS A REAL SHAME!!! THE WORST PART IS THAT WE WERE THE ONE WHO FELT ASHAMED IN FRONT OF OUR GUESTS... THEY DON'T - NOT AT ALL EMBARRASSED. WHY WE GAVE ONE STAR IS THAT IT'S NOT POSSIBLE TO GIVE LESS.

31/03/2026: Hello, we had the honor of celebrating an event at the Fort, and what can we say? The venue, the service, the dinner, and the kindness of the staff—truly everything was perfect for an unforgettable experience. A huge thank you!

10/04/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would. Awful dish. The meatballs must have sat in the pan for a week before they even reached my plate, I think. They were as burnt as the temporary worker in the kitchen. Now, let's talk about the famous truffle pasta. I think the truffle dog had just recovered from a long bout of Covid-19 because I could smell it in my dish just as much as the sick dog. Don't even get me started on the burger. 19/12/2025: Audrey and Johanne are always so welcoming and friendly! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. I highly recommend it!
