Are you looking for a place to gather with family or celebrate your events? Look no further and opt for the North. A beautiful, quiet place nestled in the greenery between Marcq and Bondues. We have celebrated our baptisms and communions there for several years and have never been disappointed. The establishment is “kid friendly” and children can play safely around the restaurant. The welcome is always very warm and Mr. Couronnel bends over backwards for you. Its motto “you are at home”. And indeed we feel welcomed and taken care of for a stress-free experience. The quality-price ratio seems very good to us, it is easy to park and the outside is very pleasant for having aperitifs. In short, we recommend the place in reserve but it's up to you to make up your own mind of course.

Venons depuis longtemps au Septentrion. La salle est chaleureuse, l'accueil également. Avons commencé par des croquettes de ris de veau, très bonnes, pour continuer par du ris de veau sauce forestière, excellente cuisson, parfait et très bien préparé. Pour finir crêpes suzettes flambées par le patron Stéphane que nous revoyons à chaque fois avec grand plaisir. Repas de qualité.

We visited this restaurant again, and once again, we were not disappointed. The cuisine is refined and excellent. The salmon and poultry fillet were superbly prepared. The accompaniments were great. The owners are very professional. And which doesn't spoil anything, The setting is magnificent, I highly recommend this establishment.

We ate here during a short stay in Lille. And it was the best and most authentic restaurant experience we had. We took the L91 bus to and from Lille Flandres station for a couple of Euros each. It took under 30 minutes followed by a short walk along a field and you come across this place. The staff were welcoming and fun, and the food was great and good value. We went at lunchtime and sat outside in the sunshine drinking white wine and admiring the unusual chickens. No tourists, at least no obvious ones - well worth the travel.

A big thank you to Stephane Couronnel! I celebrated my 20th birthday in this superb restaurant. I couldn't have dreamed of a better place. A restaurant immersed in nature, bathed in sunshine. This place met all the criteria for a beautiful evening to remember. I recommend it, thank you again!
