We ate mushroom risotto and pig cheek. The pig cheek was especially delicious. The meat was cooked so tender, the presentation was beautiful. It was a nice dinner accompanied by a wonderful red wine.

Good service and atmosphere. Very good wine list. The price is a little high but it is understandable because they are Chamonix prices. The meat board could be more generous, otherwise everything was fine with the food.

C'est toujours un plaisir de retrouver l'ambiance préservée du Serac ainsi que son équipe. Rien de tel qu'une bonne raclette avec les produits de choix de la fruitière du Val d'Arly (merci pour cette précision qui nous a permis d'y faire un tour). Nous passons toujours un très beau et bon moment au Serac avec en touche finale un Affogato.

28/09/2024: Excellent cuisine in a magnificent setting. Good value for money
31/08/2024: Perfect for the taste buds. Lunch in the garden with “brasero” option on Thursday lunchtime, it was perfect. We always have an excellent time at Maison Carrier and the service is impeccable.

28/01/2025: Lovely, well equipped hotel. The food was delicious, lots of options and varying the specialities each day was really welcome. What made the hotel was the staff, really friendly and helpful and superbly knowledgeable about local amenities/facilities/services. We loved the spa too and popped in there a couple of times. Our only slight complaint were the smelly lifts! Don't know if it was the carpets or just that we mis-timed going in after a smelly guest, but we always felt like we had to hold our breath in the lifts! A minor point though compared to our overall feeling about the hotel which we adored.
25/01/2025: Everything was wonderful, staff friendly and really wonderful hotel. Just a couple minutes walk from everything including the busses to the mountains. Would happily stay again!!
