Beautiful place, I followed your comments and I wasn't disappointed at all – organic eggs and Ethiopian coffee. The staff were friendly and attentive.

We had breakfast there every day during our stay. The quality of the products was excellent, and the coffee was superb. The welcome and menu presentation were very professional when it was the tall brunette (the owner?), though she was sometimes a bit stiff when asked to step back or wait, with considerably less flexibility. I recommend it.

What an absolute gem of a place, great coffee, great breakfast, super friendly staff who know ALL the Taylor Swift songs AND sing in tune! Dog-friendly. Our favourite breakfast spot in St Malo

Wonderful attentive staff, very patient with our (middling) French and thankfully spoke some English! The cafe is beautiful, the little dog walking around made it really special. Food and coffee was lovely. We may well be back before the end of our trip!

On my trip to Saint-Malo in 2024 I went to this cafe and frankly the atmosphere and the food were excellent.

L'Etable

09/09/2026: If you go, you'll find it hard to leave! The welcome is wonderfully genuine. The menu is limited because everything is homemade. It's a real treat. Everything is done to make your visit unforgettable: the food, the music, and even pets are welcome. Well done, Lisa and François!
31/08/2026: Thanks Titi for the summer season, your smile, and your kindness. Even if we always left completely drunk! See you very soon 🥰

Rond De Carotte

20/09/2026: An excellent brunch, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The welcome and service were perfect. Very good value for money. It deserves 5 stars ⭐️
03/09/2026: Rond de Carrotte offers a truly remarkable cappuccino. The foam is perfectly smooth, the coffee perfectly balanced, and served at the ideal temperature. This already delightful experience is enhanced by the warm welcome from the staff: the waitresses are exceptionally kind, friendly, attentive, and always smiling. An excellent place you'll enjoy returning to.
