If you go, you'll find it hard to leave! The welcome is wonderfully genuine. The menu is limited because everything is homemade. It's a real treat. Everything is done to make your visit unforgettable: the food, the music, and even pets are welcome. Well done, Lisa and François!

A timeless moment overlooking Mont Blanc! The owner welcomed us with just the right words after our hike up from Saint-Gervais! The fondue was excellent, and the after-dinner drinks were more than welcome! We'll be back!!

We had a wonderful time at L’Étable Saint-Gervais. The dishes were absolutely delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients and great care. The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to their customers. You feel right at home. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

This already delightful experience is enhanced by the warm welcome from the staff: the waitresses are exceptionally kind, friendly, attentive, and always smiling. An excellent place you'll enjoy returning to.

10/09/2026: I recommend the wings over the tenders! In Korea, I prefer chicken breast, but the ones here were thick and felt like they weren't seasoned quite enough.
