A timeless moment overlooking Mont Blanc! The owner welcomed us with just the right words after our hike up from Saint-Gervais! The fondue was excellent, and the after-dinner drinks were more than welcome! We'll be back!!

Amazing atmosphere, sound and lighting at full blast! The food was excellent, thank you Lisa and Titi for the warmest welcome I've ever experienced. Honestly, it's worth going! I recommend it 100%!

We had a wonderful time at L’Étable Saint-Gervais. The dishes were absolutely delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients and great care. The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to their customers. You feel right at home. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Seriously, and without exaggeration, absolutely incredible, the food is super good (the blueberry tart was delicious!). The owner and his wife are the best of the best, Titi is truly wonderful! The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, it's so nice and enjoyable! We'll be back :D

While passing through during our vacation, we discovered this restaurant with its warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the manager was incredibly kind and attentive. We enjoyed a classic Swiss tart and a Swiss tart with morels, both excellent. The ingredients are high-quality and the portions are generous. The view is simply breathtaking, making the meal even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant! Thank you again for this delightful and unforgettable experience.

17/03/2026: We had dinner at the Ferme de Cupelin restaurant. It was our first time there since the new owners took over. We were surprised to find a set menu of either 6 or 8 courses. We chose the 6-course option. The food was of good quality and well-presented, but we were a little disappointed with the accompanying jus and sauces, as they lacked flavor. The service was very professional, but we preferred the kindness and friendliness of the previous owners. The staff was a bit rushed. We had a pleasant time overall. In previous years, we were regular customers, but with the new management, we might not return.
