In all honesty, from start to finish, from the appetizer to the dessert, everything was perfect. My partner and I had a wonderful time. The dishes were refined, full of flavor and originality: a true delight. Special mention goes to the risotto, which is without a doubt the best I've ever tasted. The staff was smiling, welcoming, and attentive, with simple, warm, and very pleasant service, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A truly wonderful discovery that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely be back!

A fantastic spot in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains! Rond de Carotte is a wonderful discovery. This establishment offers brunch, lunch, dinner, coffee, and even a wine cellar: there's something for every moment of the day. The staff is warm and welcoming, the service attentive and discreet, yet quick and efficient. As for the food, everything is expertly prepared: refined and varied dishes, cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and always with a touch of regional flair. Special mention goes to the excellent value for money, truly outstanding for cuisine of this caliber. This establishment can easily compete with more upscale restaurants. Be sure to book ahead, as it's a victim of its own success! A place I wholeheartedly recommend, and where we will gladly return.

A decent international restaurant, offering a limited selection of dishes, but with a wine list that's almost too extensive. The preparation and ingredients of the dishes we tried were good, but overall below expectations considering the Michelin star. The presentation of the dishes was adequate. The setting is small but well-appointed in the veranda area, rather modest in the back area where I was served, despite booking a week in advance. Service, however, was prompt and courteous.

A family meal for our last evening of vacation and everything was perfect! A warm welcome, original and expertly prepared dishes, perfectly selected wines—in short, we left on a very positive note. There were three of us: two adults and one child. We highly recommend it!

Excellent restaurant! The menus are varied and refined, offering classic dishes with a touch of originality. The brunch option, available until 2 pm, is a real bonus. Everything is homemade with quality ingredients, and the service is attentive. Another positive point: the excellent children's menu with fish or meat and a seasonal side dish. Today's lunchtime menu featured poultry or fish with carrot purée and roast potatoes. I'm so happy to find something other than nuggets and fries for my children!

I had a quiet outdoor breakfast at Rond de Carotte and it was a really lovely experience from start to finish. The flavours in the porridge were unreal, beautifully presented, and genuinely one of the best I’ve had. The coffee was fantastic too. A clean, relaxed atmosphere, nice decor & everything just felt considered. I wouldn’t hesitate to dine there again ☀️

An absolutely incredible dinner, without a doubt the best restaurant in Saint-Gervais. We ate divinely well: everything was exceptional, but the risotto and the pork were simply outstanding, among the best dishes we have ever tasted. The wine selection is extraordinary, with rare bottles unavailable elsewhere. We were lucky enough to discover an absolutely remarkable wine. The welcome was perfect from beginning to end: lovely people, an exceptional chef, and a passionate team that makes the experience even more special. You immediately feel at ease, almost like you're at home, but with cuisine worthy of the finest restaurants. And in summer, the terrace adds a magical touch: dining outside with the 8 pm sun still illuminating the mountains and the smiles... it's a unique experience we will never forget. A rare, authentic, and unforgettable place. We will definitely be back.
