Excellent restaurant offering delicious regional specialties (vegetarian options available, thank you! 👍🏻). We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish! The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, the decor is beautifully done with a true mountain chalet feel, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. A truly wonderful place that we highly recommend!

Our go-to spot!! We stumbled upon Stem on the first day of our stay for lunch, and ended up eating there almost every day of the week!! The food is delicious, the service is impeccable, and the terrace is perfectly situated at the foot of the ski slope, allowing us to stay in the sun while the children played in the snow or went sledding down the slope! I highly recommend this place! Thanks to the team, and see you next year!!

A thousand thanks to this fantastic restaurant! We came tonight to celebrate my 37th birthday with my family (8 people)... the welcome was excellent, the waiter, the meal, the owner were all top-notch, nothing to complain about, we were very well looked after... we ate very well... we will gladly return 🙂 ....

Fantastic meal from aperitif to dessert, with a lovely, bright atmosphere and a very kind and attentive waitress. We highly recommend it. My friend had the farcement, which was excellent, and I had the tartiflette with Reblochon cheese and goat cheese—absolutely delicious!

02/25 Very nice restaurant! Beyond that, we had a smoked raclette for two people; the cheese was incredibly high quality. Admittedly, the price is a bit high, but the quality of the cheese and charcuterie is definitely there! The portions were also perfect! The two owners are very kind and friendly! We had a lovely evening! 01/26 We came again this year, and the welcome and the quality of the food are still excellent! We enjoyed ourselves again 🤩 Thank you!!

22/08/2026: A mixed experience at La Bérangère for the last restaurant of our stay, after a fantastic experience at another restaurant in the resort earlier in the week. We appreciated the attentive service of the two young waiters and the warm welcome for our group of eight. The biggest disappointment was the food, with portions that were truly tiny for a mountain restaurant. My 10-year-old son ordered the roasted Camembert, and the cheese looked more like Rocamadour than Camembert! Children's menus are sometimes more generous. I ordered fondue served with salad and an extra portion of charcuterie. The result: three small leaves and five or six small slices of sausage, ham, and other cured meats. And a rather bland taste. Probably a lot of Emmental and not enough Beaufort or Comté. My companion and I finished the fondue with a few pieces of bread. Ladies and gentlemen in the kitchen, please be more generous with the portions!
12/08/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant without a reservation. No wait, but you could only eat inside. No problem. The dishes were simple and traditional, but the portions were barely enough for a young person after a long hike. We ordered two Cokes, a mountain salad, two burgers, and two ice creams.
