Excellent smoked raclette! The portions were perfect, we thoroughly enjoyed it! The service was fantastic. We'll definitely be back!

Our go-to spot!! We stumbled upon Stem on the first day of our stay for lunch, and ended up eating there almost every day of the week!! The food is delicious, the service is impeccable, and the terrace is perfectly situated at the foot of the ski slope, allowing us to stay in the sun while the children played in the snow or went sledding down the slope! I highly recommend this place! Thanks to the team, and see you next year!!

A thousand thanks to this fantastic restaurant! We came tonight to celebrate my 37th birthday with my family (8 people)... the welcome was excellent, the waiter, the meal, the owner were all top-notch, nothing to complain about, we were very well looked after... we ate very well... we will gladly return 🙂 ....

Fantastic meal from aperitif to dessert, with a lovely, bright atmosphere and a very kind and attentive waitress. We highly recommend it. My friend had the farcement, which was excellent, and I had the tartiflette with Reblochon cheese and goat cheese—absolutely delicious!

02/25 Very nice restaurant! Beyond that, we had a smoked raclette for two people; the cheese was incredibly high quality. Admittedly, the price is a bit high, but the quality of the cheese and charcuterie is definitely there! The portions were also perfect! The two owners are very kind and friendly! We had a lovely evening! 01/26 We came again this year, and the welcome and the quality of the food are still excellent! We enjoyed ourselves again 🤩 Thank you!!

If you don't fancy eating raclette or fondue for your entire stay, you can opt for the daily menu at this restaurant. The menu changes every evening, everything is homemade with fresh ingredients, all at a very good price and with friendly service.

We came to your establishment because we wanted to eat local products and we were very satisfied. The establishment is well-maintained and clean. We will come back to visit you. The restaurant is nice, however the waiter is overconfident and almost rude to the customers. He wasn't able to tell us the ingredients of the dishes and desserts. We had some stale bread with our fondue and he didn't even bother to apologize. Overall, the meal was quite good, but the service needs improvement.
