Once again, this restaurant offers us a timeless experience. The dishes, refined and delicate, awaken the senses and transform each bite into pure pleasure. The service, meanwhile, is a genuine encounter: simple and sincere exchanges, sound advice, all delivered with a warm smile. Just the thing to dispel the fog, chase away the clouds, and warm the heart in the middle of January.

Absolutely perfect. The ambiance is dim, the dishes are absolutely divine. A true chef is at the helm. The pork confit melts in your mouth. Impeccable service. We will be back!

Exceptional… After searching for a really good caterer in Thonon, Evian, Douvaine, and even further afield, open on Monday, November 17th, to celebrate my partner's birthday at home for dinner, and not finding one or being convinced, I turned to restaurants. Needless to say, on a Monday, it wasn't a sure thing… yet I stumbled upon a gem with this restaurant. Very pleasant to begin with, the current menu and wine list were on their website. From the moment I read the dishes offered, I was delighted. They all appealed to me and seemed promising for a reasonable price, with meat of French origin. This is becoming so rare that I felt it necessary to emphasize it. So I took a chance and called them to see if they would do a takeaway. A charming lady answered, asked the chef, who agreed without hesitation. I picked everything up in the early afternoon. They had prepared everything in beautifully presented and packaged trays. They gave me instructions on how to reheat it and even provided containers to transport all the dishes. The two ladies who looked after me were lovely. In the evening, I followed their recommendations, and dinner was delicious. I ordered the mushroom velouté with chestnut pieces for my partner—it was wonderful—as were the smoked fish rillettes with fougasse and eggplant purée that I chose for my daughter and me. The pollack and stuffed cabbage that followed were also a pure delight. All three of us thought it was flawless. A truly wonderful discovery! We will definitely go back and will call on them again with great pleasure. We highly recommend them to all food lovers and gourmets. For me, it's the best restaurant in Thonon in its price range, by far, so you can go and enjoy a delicious meal with complete confidence.
