The meal was excellent, with fresh ingredients and a fantastic gourmet coffee; I highly recommend this brasserie. The staff, especially the women, were always smiling and cheerful.

A truly secluded and intimate spot, with simple yet generous cuisine! The gourmet coffee is as good as, if not better than, many establishments in and around Les Halles…a truly fantastic discovery!

LE SAINT GERMAIN

23/09/2026: A very warm welcome at Saint Germain! The dish was delicious, I highly recommend it! Great location in Tours! Perhaps some new cocktails this winter?? 😉🍸 Thomas Maison Cocktails
13/09/2026: Warm welcome, friendly and efficient waiter. Simple and good French bistro-style cuisine (deviled eggs, andouillette sausage, mussels and fries, tarte tatin...) at a reasonable price. I recommend it.
