New owner! It was great before, and it's even better now. The dishes are delicious, generous, and served with a smile. The owner came to check on us several times to make sure everything was alright and to chat. The prices are very reasonable, and the menu has expanded even further. Go for it!

A little disappointed by the pizza, especially the extra thin dough which breaks very easily, otherwise the topping is superb, the service is just as much, and the manager is remarkably kind.

We were able to eat on the veranda. The welcome was more than warm, wanting to make us feel as comfortable as possible (the lady even offered me a small fleece so I could enjoy the outdoor terrace). We had a wonderful time; the dishes were as delicious as they were beautiful. As for the establishment's two mascots, they are adorable, and the owners make sure their presence doesn't disturb us. I highly recommend it!

We discovered the Brasserie Le Tourisme during our stay in the resort, and what a wonderful surprise! Recently taken over by new owners, the establishment has retained all its charm and friendliness. The welcome is warm, friendly, and authentic—you can immediately sense the new managers' passion. The menu is simple but effective, showcasing local produce, generous and tasty dishes, and craft beers that are a must-try. The setting is traditional, with a beautiful view of the mountains, perfect for a relaxing moment after a hike. You feel right at home. A place not to be missed if you're passing through the region. Congratulations to the new owners, and long live this beautiful mountain brasserie! Happy retirement to the former owner!

We ate here for three days. The service was excellent. They didn't open until 7 p.m., but we were allowed to sit down for drinks and an aperitif with local pate and baguette. We ordered at 7 p.m., and the food was excellent. The pizza tourisme was our favorite, with the melon and ham salad (but we had goat cheese instead of ham). Because we also ate here the second day, they served us some nuts with our drinks. We definitely recommend this restaurant.
