Generous portions of food made with fresh, local ingredients. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were excellent. We ordered the homemade burger, the duck with peaches, the carpaccio, and other dishes. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal in a pleasant atmosphere, and the prices were very reasonable. A very good experience that we highly recommend. Reservations are advised.

Just a stone's throw from the highway, this restaurant is a gem: simple cuisine, hearty and flavorful dishes, fresh and local ingredients, incredibly friendly service, and reasonable prices. It's definitely worth the detour; we highly recommend this place!

We don't have a bad thing to say about Le Trident. We've been there lunch and just recently for dinner. Both experiences were excellent, lovely food, the staff were very attentive, and it was a lovely atmosphere...

06/08/2026: I love the restaurant's ambiance! The food is excellent. However, I don't understand why the woman who runs the restaurant doesn't answer the phone when we try to call to make a reservation and why she refuses new customers even though the restaurant is empty.
