Lunch break in Embrun. A restaurant chosen somewhat randomly, but it was excellent: a warm atmosphere and attention to detail, including the table setting; delicious food and pleasant service. Special mention for the homemade desserts. Very good value for money.

03/07/2026: A simple restaurant with very good food. It's pleasantly cool inside, which is very welcome in hot weather. Despite being the only waitress, she's quick, efficient, and friendly. I particularly recommend the beef stew, which is excellent. The restrooms are also very clean, which is always a plus. A fairly large parking lot is available about a 5-minute walk away, making parking easy. A great place that I gladly recommend.

12/06/2026: We don't have a bad thing to say about Le Trident. We've been there lunch and just recently for dinner. Both experiences were excellent, lovely food, the staff were very attentive, and it was a lovely atmosphere...
