A very warm welcome with a smile. A wide selection of Chartres wines and the chef's suggestions were very interesting. Fresh produce from local producers. The amber beer from the Eurelienne brewery was excellent, and the lychee and grapefruit lemonade from the area was also delicious. From aperitif to dessert, everything was perfect. The meat was cooked to perfection. The fish (swordfish) was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Perfect! Absolutely delicious and fantastic service. Cozy atmosphere. Our fish was cooked to perfection! Great wine selection. Dessert are phenomenal.

For a lovely family meal, we appreciated the atmosphere, the service, and the quality of the dishes on the menu. There was no mismatch between courses, even though we were served several different dishes. Everyone enjoyed their meal, especially the profiteroles, some of them particularly loved them. I highly recommend this restaurant in Chartres. The setting is also worth a visit.

Very good. The foie gras and the beer jelly from Eure-et-Loir were delicious, as was the daily special. The fish was cooked perfectly. The profiteroles were delicious. All the flavors were perfectly balanced. Warm service.

30/08/2026: Lovely restaurant, food, wine and service. Is it worth paying 20% more for an experience which is clearly levels above a regular restaurant? From the polite and respectful service, the carpet, the furniture, the decor, the cutlery, the wine and food menu, the napkins and tablecloth, let alone the quality and flavour of the products themselves? We felt so. And even if it's too pricey to do all the time, it's well worth pushing the boat out for a one-off or special occasion. So what's wrong? Perhaps some very light background music (or live music?) and stop allowing dogs to come into eating spaces. There were several inside the restaurant and although they were well behaved, there was a noticeable smell as it had been raining that afternoon/evening. I'd rather pets were left at home, personally.

29/08/2026: A very pleasant place, decent service and food, but not enough to justify the prices…too expensive for me…I'm talking about the value for money, of course.
28/08/2026: I highly recommend it! 5 stars. The food is excellent – ​​the menu is limited, which means the ingredients are fresh, the dishes original, and full of flavor! We were lucky enough to have a live band playing, so the atmosphere was fantastic. Very good cocktails, and for those who like them, a full list of different kirs!
