We've just left and have absolutely no complaints. It was top-notch in every aspect, and that's rare enough to be worth mentioning :)

The service is friendly and pleasant. The chicken liver pâté was a bit bland for our taste; the liver flavor was barely noticeable. The fish of the day was perfectly cooked, but unfortunately, it came with very little of the delicious sauce. The portions were rather small.

A delightful little spot to enjoy a pleasant time. Savor refined and flavorful cuisine that shouldn't be missed. However, parking is difficult. Sincerely

A warm welcome, a delicious meal, an idyllic location on the banks of the Eure with the cathedral as a backdrop. What more could you ask for? Bravo to the owners and partners of this beautiful establishment!!! Thank you so much, see you soon. Brigitte Conte

Le Tripot

19/09/2026: A very good meal from the amuse-bouche to the coffee. Everything was refined, visually appealing, and perfectly balanced. Having informed us that there were vegetarians in our party, several starters were made available, and the chef prepared a special dish not listed on the menu. In short, I highly recommend it for the very pleasant staff, the simple yet elegant setting, and especially for the superbly executed cuisine.

Restaurant L'Amphitryon

28/09/2026: The mushroom pâté en croûte was excellent. That said, everything else was, as usual, very good. My congratulations to the whole team.
28/09/2026: What a joy to have celebrated my dad's 90th birthday at the Amphitryon in Chartres! Everything was perfect: the communication beforehand, the service on the day itself, and the quality of the food and service!! The dishes were all excellent ☺️ and the dessert was delicious 😋 We were able to enjoy the entire private room! Thank you to the whole team for making this wonderful family celebration such a success! A truly lovely place 🥰 with beautiful rooms to extend the weekend… an excellent choice in every way 🎉
