A truly perfect experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and utmost professionalism. The service was impeccable, attentive, and warm, without being intrusive. The dishes were delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients and presented with great care. Every bite was a true delight. The restaurant's ambiance is elegant, convivial, and very pleasant, making the meal even more memorable. You can feel the passion and attention to detail in everything they offer. A huge thank you to the entire team for this exceptional experience. It is without a doubt one of the best restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of discovering. I recommend it without hesitation and will gladly return!

We had a wonderful time on the terrace of L'Estocade. We received a warm welcome, the service was attentive, friendly, and perfectly timed, and above all, the food was of excellent quality. A well-known spot for locals in Chartres, and one that truly deserves to be discovered by visitors.

Superb restaurant, excellent meal, well-prepared dishes and very skilled cuisine. I highly recommend it, however, during the heatwave it would be nice to have air conditioning or a fan. Otherwise, perfect.

The terrace overlooking the Eure River is very pleasant, and the gourmet cuisine at this restaurant is always very appetizing and beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals from start to finish. The welcome was as warm and friendly as ever. A restaurant to recommend without hesitation. Congratulations to the chef! 👍

A wonderful discovery at L'Estocade. The setting, on the banks of the Eure River, is particularly idyllic and pleasant, ideal for enjoying a peaceful moment. The staff is welcoming, smiling, and very attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. One small point to note: contrary to what I had gathered from my online research, there is no set menu. Starters, main courses, and desserts are all à la carte and charged separately. As for the food, the dishes served were very good and well-prepared. The only slight drawback was that the side dishes could have been a little more generous. On the other hand, the desserts were delicious and particularly substantial, an excellent way to end the meal. Overall, a very good restaurant in an enchanting setting, with quality cuisine and very pleasant service, despite the lack of a set menu and the somewhat small portions of side dishes.

One of the best restaurants in Chartres Refined and delicious cuisine (including a tender filet mignon and swordfish steak) Attentive service Plus, no noise pollution! (One of the few restaurants today, whether in Chartres or elsewhere, where the music is happily limited to the murmur of human conversation.) Long may it continue!

The setting was very pleasant, the service friendly and professional, however, the meal was a disappointment. The portion size was adequate, but the quality was very poor for this type of restaurant and at this price.

Discovered this great spot for my birthday dinner. A lovely meal on the terrace. The food was good, the service attentive and relaxed. I'd be happy to return when the fireplace is lit 🙂

19/07/2026: Always a treat. A place where we're never disappointed. Everything is delicious: the house limoncello cocktail is fresh and delightful, the tuna tataki is to die for, and the seasonal sphere is worth the trip. The owners are incredibly kind and attentive to their customers.

29/07/2026: First time at this establishment. Impeccable welcome and service. The slow-cooked pork chop was delicious, as was the dessert.
27/07/2026: Hello, I wanted to thank the person who served us on Saturday evening, July 25th, for being so attentive to our request. When I made my reservation the previous Saturday, I asked if they served fish and chips in the evening. I was told yes, but it wasn't on the menu we were shown! I informed the waiter, who immediately spoke with the chef, who agreed to serve it to us. I want to thank him, and we were very satisfied; it was delicious. As a suggestion, it would be good to offer this dish in the evening as well. Other customers who saw our meal would have liked to order it. The waiter, whom I thank again, did his best but couldn't offer it to the other customers, which is a shame. Your pub is very pleasant, and I hope my suggestion will be added to the evening menu. We had a very good time at your establishment and will certainly return. We come regularly, especially during the summer. Best of luck and continued success. Sincerely
