Your establishment, which was recommended to me by our speaker (who had previously visited with other groups), is highly recommended: a very beautiful place, perfect service, and the meal was exactly as we had requested. The only problem was the heat that day, but there was nothing anyone could do about that. And we arrived back safely in the Île-de-France region in the late afternoon. C. Pagenelle - Friendship Club.

We celebrated our son's baptism today, and everything was perfect! Christelle was wonderful and was able to answer all my questions from the very beginning. Damien and his team did their utmost to ensure our satisfaction throughout the entire service, despite the heatwave. We will definitely be back. Thank you again!

L'Estocade

21/06/2026: A wonderful discovery at L'Estocade. The setting, on the banks of the Eure River, is particularly idyllic and pleasant, ideal for enjoying a peaceful moment. The staff is welcoming, smiling, and very attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. One small point to note: contrary to what I had gathered from my online research, there is no set menu. Starters, main courses, and desserts are all à la carte and charged separately. As for the food, the dishes served were very good and well-prepared. The only slight drawback was that the side dishes could have been a little more generous. On the other hand, the desserts were delicious and particularly substantial, an excellent way to end the meal. Overall, a very good restaurant in an enchanting setting, with quality cuisine and very pleasant service, despite the lack of a set menu and the somewhat small portions of side dishes.

19/06/2026: A very warm welcome with a smile. A wide selection of Chartres wines and the chef's suggestions were very interesting. Fresh produce from local producers. The amber beer from the Eurelienne brewery was excellent, and the lychee and grapefruit lemonade from the area was also delicious. From aperitif to dessert, everything was perfect. The meat was cooked to perfection. The fish (swordfish) was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant.
