Recommended by my nephew Paul, we were a table of 10. From the start, a great welcome, subdued atmosphere, wooden tables... A little cocoon. Great for a good evening. Moreover, the waitress takes a lot of time to advise us on dishes and wines. Beyond the dishes, the plates are pure creations, from start to finish. A chartreuse soufflé is not just that, it's the little details around it. In short, a great moment of happiness, even for me, who is not a specialist. I conclude with: very close-knit team, always smiling. Dishes served quickly (30/35 min) for 10. Hats off! Living between Lyon and Grenoble where you can find very good restaurants, I was impressed. Last night, we unexpectedly discovered Le Triptyque… and what a wonderful discovery! From the moment we arrived, you could tell the place had a real identity, both warm and elegant. A place that exudes a passion for cooking and an eye for detail. For our starter, we chose to share zucchini flowers… a pure delight! Thin, crispy, and perfectly seasoned: an appetizer that immediately sets the tone for the evening. For our main course, we fell in love with the coconut and turmeric beef fillet with mashed butternut squash: perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, with a divine sauce that enhanced the meat. Every bite was a true delight. From start to finish, everything was mastered: the quality of the ingredients, the presentation of the dishes, the attentive service… Here, you can tell that nothing is left to chance. Honestly, if you're ever in the area, don't miss this place. Le Triptyque is a culinary experience that is truly worth the detour, and one that I highly recommend.
