After three evenings at this establishment over three weeks, we were charmed by the chef's refined cuisine, bursting with flavor and presented in a way worthy of a fine dining restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the decor was lovely.
However, the service, despite the very kind waitress Lola who knew her wines well and was able to tailor it to the customers' tastes, was sorely lacking in professionalism. The staff would drink at the bar with other customers/friends, forget the bread we requested or our portions of fries, and leave us waiting an hour for aperitifs while bringing the starters at the same time... There was a lack of organization and restraint, which is a shame because we felt a bit neglected at times, even though the food was delicious. Perhaps the bar and restaurant areas could be separated, as there was a lack of teamwork between the service and kitchen staff. Overall, we had a very good time and enjoyed excellent food. ✨

A charming bistro-style restaurant offering authentic and flavorful cuisine at a very reasonable price for the quality of the dishes.
The service is courteous and very pleasant, and the waitress, kind and full of humor, combines friendliness with impeccable politeness.
I've had the opportunity to discover many restaurants in the valley, but this one particularly won me over, from the appetizer to the dessert.
I wish the chef and his team many years of success; for my part, I will return with great pleasure every year.

The triptych.
A truly excellent restaurant where every dish is prepared with passion and skill. The circle could end there, but as a lover of jokes and regional cuisine, I can't help but continue describing this place, without resorting to elaborate jokes.
Old habits die hard.
This restaurant is slightly off the beaten path compared to the others, but that's all the better. It makes it more intimate. And they certainly are a team. It starts with the welcome upon entering. Warm, and yes, it's cold outside, but the place is cozy, chatty, relaxed, and casual. The host is Lola, who explains everything simply and concisely. Definitely one to remember.
Orders are taken by Marion, a very friendly and dynamic person with a strong work ethic that perfectly complements the team's energy.
The conductor is Laurent, who manages the brigade where everyone has their role. Through the frame-shaped opening offering a view of the work in the kitchen, one can glimpse him in chef mode, the frame. It's a portrait, in the best sense of the word. He's the one who creates the dishes, the menus, the presentations. He's the mastermind, the chef.
The dishes are beautifully presented, the portions perfect, and the quality of the ingredients ensures the excellence of this mountain cuisine.
All this to a soundtrack worthy of a Buddha Bar: lounge music, eclectic, everything we love...
From aperitif to dessert, everything is delicious and beautifully presented. The meats are of exceptional quality.
This place is a delightful surprise, located opposite the Church of Saint Jacques le Majeur in Chantemerle. You can't miss it.
The trio is primarily three passionate and fascinating people.
The meal ends with a round of génépi.
We had a wonderful evening and enjoyed chatting with this trio whose shared passion is our satisfaction, and yours if you visit them.

Recommended by my nephew Paul, we were a table of 10. From the start, a great welcome, subdued atmosphere, wooden tables... A little cocoon. Great for a good evening. Moreover, the waitress takes a lot of time to advise us on dishes and wines. Beyond the dishes, the plates are pure creations, from start to finish. A chartreuse soufflé is not just that, it's the little details around it. In short, a great moment of happiness, even for me, who is not a specialist. I conclude with: very close-knit team, always smiling. Dishes served quickly (30/35 min) for 10. Hats off! Living between Lyon and Grenoble where you can find very good restaurants, I was impressed. Hats off to the chefs👍👍🦩
