I had a wonderful evening at Le Caveau de Saulx. A unique tasting experience of old vintages in a warm and inviting setting. Olivier brilliantly shared his passion for old wines. I can't wait to repeat the experience!

Olivier, a true connoisseur, guided us through a journey of discovery from his own private wine collection. Generous pours and warm hospitality made for a truly unique, memorable experience. The local cheeses and cold cuts were phenomenal. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of the wines and food. A must-visit for any wine enthusiast seeking something extraordinary.

The welcome needs to be reviewed, the egg in red wine was catastrophic. Nevertheless, the concept was nice and the setting was fantastic.
