The bar-restaurant "Hole in the Wall" is a very cozy place with a beautiful view of the port of Ajaccio. The dishes here are of high quality, carefully prepared in the traditional way by an experienced chef. I highly recommend it to Asian tourists who want to try European or Mediterranean cuisine.

23/02/2026: The place is charming, the seats the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a restaurant. The cuisine is worthy of a Michelin star. The dishes are refined and subtle, offering delightful surprises for the palate. A masterful command of cooking techniques and aromas.
13/02/2026: Excellent restaurant run by a passionate chef (and it shows in his cooking), with his wife providing impeccable service and a warm welcome. A very pleasant evening.

18/02/2026: A memorable place, with a very effective decor and concept. The waiter is friendly, the waitress a little less so, but still professional. The menu is appealing, the charcuterie is decent, the brocciu crepe is equally good, the veal sauté with olives is pleasant, and the corn polenta is also acceptable. Overall, the food is good; the quality of the dishes is satisfactory, though not reaching the island's top standards, sometimes at the same price. It's definitely a place worth discovering.
