The restaurant is tucked away at the back of a small paved courtyard that can serve as a terrace on sunny days. The welcome is exactly what one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. It truly is a fine dining establishment. The service is discreet, attentive, and warm; we received very detailed explanations of the wines on offer, and we chose an excellent Condrieu, which I was very pleasantly surprised to find in such a northern region. The menu focuses primarily on seafood, but with a few meat dishes. I opted for a ceviche followed by a beef fillet with lobster, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. So far, I haven't found a better restaurant in Troyes.

Imaginative starter and remarkable main course (turbot). But the Valrhona Guanaja soufflé is truly exceptional. That said, Guanaja remains one of the best cacaos in the world.

07/03/2026: An intimate setting with around twenty tables, ideal for a pleasant evening for two. The decor is unique and charming, giving the place real character. As for the food, it was generous and delicious, a true delight from start to finish. We will gladly return and recommend it without hesitation.
