I had a very pleasant time last night I recommend this establishment The very refined cuisine matches the establishment Exceptional flavors and exceptional work in the kitchen and in the dining room The only downside is that the decoration of the rooms is a little cold.

It is always with pleasure that I go to this restaurant for lunch. And as usual, I was not disappointed. I enjoyed myself. No false note: lots of flavors, perfect cooking, originality with beautiful presentations. If we add that the service is very pleasant, and that the price is reasonable for the service provided, we can only want to return there. Come on, one downside though: the glass of Champagne taken as an aperitif seems to me to be perfectable.

Everything is perfect: the welcome, the service, the fish dishes (quality and originality), the wines. In short, excellent quality/price/pleasure ratio!

Not a cheap place, but very tasty. As for the appetizers, I really liked the tuna tartare, and for the main courses, the incredible sea bass and beef fillet.

Nice restaurant in the old center, nice terrace, reserved by phone at short notice. We got a good place with a dog, the food was perfect and the service was friendly and attentive. Good price-performance ratio. Dogs also welcome inside.

Nous avons découvert ce restaurant voici une dizaine d’années et nous nous y arrêtons depuis chaque année à notre retour de vacances. Y faire halte, c’est d’ailleurs ce qui nous console de remonter dans le Nord. Comme je l’ai dit dans le titre tout y est parfait, l’accueil, les plats exquis, les desserts. Et le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

07/10/2024: Un très bon restaurant tenu par une seule personne, qui accueille, qui cuisine, qui fait le service. C'est très bon. La formule déjeuner propose du choix dans un très bon rapport qualité - prix. On y retournera si il y a de la place (car cette adresse, victime de son succès, affiche souvent complet au déjeuner et au diner).
20/09/2024: Intimate restaurant with impeccable service, fresh and good quality food! The boss/waiter/bartender/chef manages his different roles to perfection.

02/09/2024: First visit to this establishment yesterday for a family meal and a great discovery for the 7 guests. The whole table ate the rock menu and everyone enjoyed the moment. Well thought-out dishes with fresh, seasonal products, perfect seasonings, respected and controlled cooking. Special mention for cooking perfectly pearly fish. Value for money on the podium of Trojan establishments. Congratulations also for the room team, friendly exchanges in good humor and this is becoming rare. So if you come to Troyes, don't hesitate to stray slightly from the heart of the city to visit the rock. Thanks to the chef for our exchange at the end of the meal, we feel the passion for cooking in local circuits, working with fresh and seasonal products. We will come back to discover new dishes
