Excellent restaurant with a superb view of the Loire.

The foie gras amuse-bouche was excellent. Perhaps adding some toasted bread would have been helpful, as we waited a long time for our main course, which wasn't hot (the fish was served hot). The waiter made a gesture of goodwill, but perhaps the service organization could be reviewed.

This restaurant took our taste buds on a journey; the welcome was warm and highly recommended.

We've been to this restaurant three times. While the food is good and the servers are pleasant, several unfortunate experiences have marred the overall impression. On our first two visits, the appetizers were forgotten each time and served almost simultaneously with the pizzas, after a long wait and a complaint, and without the appetizers. Not a word of apology from the chef when the bill arrived, nor any gesture of goodwill. On our third order, one of the delivered pizzas wasn't the one we ordered, posing a risk of food allergy. After calling to report the problem, I was initially told the chef would call me back after service. It was only after insistence that they offered to remake the pizza—which seemed like the bare minimum. Once there, the chef, who remained in the kitchen, offered no apology, and I had a very unpleasant exchange with a haughty kitchen employee who asked me, "I'd be curious to know what he's allergic to?" Before claiming there was no risk, without even knowing the exact ingredients of the returned pizza. This remark is unacceptable given the risk involved! It's truly regrettable, because the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff are there, but there's a glaring lack of organization and customer service. We want to support local restaurants and hope that improvements will be made in this regard.

I came because I needed a contact for a taxi, intrigued by the pizzeria I decided to follow the chef's advice and take their specialty, what can I say? I was AMAZED it was simply delicious I recommend with my eyes closed and will not hesitate to come back if the occasion arises.

Everything is top-notch: the welcome, the food, the atmosphere. Don't miss out on trying anything other than the pizza. I invite you to give it a try.
