Le Vasco sur Onet-Le-Chateau

So I tried the croissant: good, but nothing special (which means that if I lived in the neighborhood, I'd buy them regularly, but otherwise, it's not worth crossing Paris to try them). And I also tried the peanut trompe l'oeil. I'm not a peanut fan to begin with, but honestly, it was very well-balanced, with caramel and cream, and stable enough to eat comfortably. I always struggle with the high prices of these trompe l'oeil pastries, but in the end, the portions were generous, so that made it a bit more worthwhile. So I'd say: a very good neighborhood bakery (from what little I've seen)!

I happened to be passing by this bakery and I found their sandwiches absolutely amazing, very good. I also had a delicious flan, I highly recommend it.

I stopped by yesterday and tried their trompe-l'œil pastries. Delicious, high-quality, and homemade products. The peanut one was my favorite. I recommend it 1000%!

I have tried a couple of things from this place and they have been nice but not really above average. You can find better alternatives in a 10minutes walking radius. That said, I haven't tried everything they stock just some viennoisserie and pain aux olives type of things. I might go back to try their trompe à l'œuil desserts.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, despite a few truly rude customers (no greeting, speaking to the sales assistant on the phone, no goodbye or please). I was outraged by such behavior... and yet, the waiter, despite this, served with politeness and patience. I bought quite a few pastries, and they were really very good. They also had some beautiful trompe-l'oeil pastries that I will gladly buy next time. I recommend this bakery.

A very warm welcome. The homemade chocolate croissants are delicious, and the trompe-l'œil pastries are a real treat as well. I highly recommend it!

The trompe-l'œil cakes are delicious; you can taste the quality of the ingredients, the praline is 100% homemade. I highly recommend them. Go for it without hesitation!

I highly recommend this cake; it's of very good quality, the trompe l'oeil decorations are amazing. Excellent value for money.
