I ate there yesterday with a friend following a recommendation. Very warm welcome on the phone for the reservation, and the same on site. The team is very friendly, the decor is magnificent and the dishes are delicious! The Versailles lives up to its name! I found my favorite restaurant for all my trips to Limoges.

In this very French, truly classic restaurant, I ate sweetbreads for the first time. The food was delicious, but, for the less experienced, my advice: don't think too hard about what you eat. Hats off to Le Versailles for their charming and pretty restaurant inside!

Traditional restaurant with traditional dishes. We got there a bit by chance and we don't regret it. The veal head is perfect, the fish cooks just right. The staff is kindly old-fashioned and very efficient. To do and to redo.

Real breweries...there are very few of them. Versailles is part of the cenacle. The establishment is approaching its 92nd year, proof of longevity where the customer is not made fun of. Only good things here (the Limousin meat is excellent!) and the service is on point. Courteous, efficient who knows his job. No trendy dishes but safe values. The little muscadet sausages whet your appetite and you have to finish with the Mondain for dessert. You don't go wrong when you open the door and it's obvious to recommend it.

A beautiful old-fashioned Limougeau brasserie like you hardly see any more: both for the atmosphere provided by the decoration, for the impeccable quality of the service and for the dishes which combine quality and quantity, with authentic flavors. A special mention for the sweetbreads and the soufflé pancake 😋 I recommend!

02/10/2024: I'm Brazilian, I'm visiting Limoges and I went to the restaurant Les Tables du Bistrot and loved the atmosphere and the food. Everyone there is great people, the food was amazing and the waiters were super kind. Rating 5/5 I would recommend it to any Brazilian who wants to visit this city, an unmissable restaurant.
27/09/2024: We ate with 5 adults. Some had grilled red meat. She was a little harsh. Otherwise the others produce nothing to say. The character of the restaurant is original (a small stable next to it with 2 cows and a few chickens and 1 rooster which can also be seen behind a window in the restaurant). Very friendly staff.

27/09/2024: Nice boss who is at the bar and in the kitchen 👏. Neighborhood restaurant not far from the station, ideal for eating home-cooked food without fuss but good 😃. Come on glasses 😉
10/09/2024: 300 meters from Limoges Bénédictins station, you could pass by without paying attention, but don't hesitate to open the door. The menu is more than complete, starter/main course/cheese/dessert/coffee/wine for €14.50! And what's more, the food is homemade and the owner is friendly. What more could you ask for! Oh yes, chocolate mousse, or on Wednesday, eggs in wine!!! In short, go through the door and make up your mind.
