21/04/2026: This place is an absolute gem on the culinary map of Carcassonne! ✨ While passing through the city, we were looking for somewhere reliable to eat – I had been checking reviews and photos online, but nothing could have prepared us for what we experienced. We arrived very hungry, so we decided to start with something quick… and already at that moment we knew we had found the perfect spot. The service? Exceptionally warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive – something you don’t come across every day. And my 9-year-old son? He said the crepe he had was the best anyone had ever made for him. That says it all! As for the main courses – they exceeded our expectations even more. We took our time choosing something “safe,” but eventually went for asparagus in a creamy parmesan sauce, grilled sea bass, and pizza… and it turned out to be a perfect choice! The dishes looked so delicious that we couldn’t wait – every bite felt like pure magic for our taste buds. We also tried a wonderful wine that complemented everything beautifully. We’re usually quite demanding when it comes to both taste and presentation, but this place truly has it all – and more. If you ever find yourself in Carcassonne, don’t hesitate for a second. 19/04/2026: We came for lunch today as a family with young children, and the servers were attentive and very pleasant. The dishes and pizzas were excellent, as were the desserts. The terrace is lovely, partially shaded, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors without being in direct sunlight. A truly great place to recommend.
