A lovely meal this Easter Monday (without a reservation), with complimentary appetizers while we waited – thank you! (The restaurant was packed!). My scallop risotto was delicious, the pepper steak and fries were a little tough but edible for my partner! The menu is very diverse and caters to all budgets. I will definitely return.

Two visits in two weeks. The first visit was very pleasant; the waiter was friendly and courteous.
The second visit was rather mixed. The waitress was rushed, got the order wrong, and wasn't very friendly.
Great location in the center of Béthune!

Fair day, in the evening there were no more cranberries for the cocktail I ordered. After the meal, everything was perfect, so I ordered a beer, but they didn't have the one I wanted either. No big deal. When it came to dessert, I ordered a Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream) for €7. The whipped cream was from a can and not fresh, as was the very low-quality ice cream, which had no taste. At that price...

I came to eat lunch with my mother. We ordered an aperitif; I had a 33cl beer, which was served a little under 33cl… oh well, these things happen, it's not a big deal. For my main course, I ordered a full Welsh rarebit. I'd had one here before and really enjoyed it, so I wanted to try it again. Unfortunately, this time the Welsh rarebit was far too watery, lacking mustard, and with way too much beer. Not great, then. That said, when the waitress came to clear our plates and ask if we wanted dessert or anything else (I ordered another 33cl beer), I mentioned my opinion, and afterwards, the beer was offered to me free of charge. A very kind gesture on her part.

We went to the old Belfries today… Polish Day! Fantastic atmosphere! Excellent meal served hot with a smile from the staff… I loved it and we'll gladly go back! There were four of us and everyone agrees with me… a big thank you for this wonderful day…

A week here, between the hotel and the restaurant. No complaints whatsoever about the cleanliness of the rooms and the excellent service. A big thank you to Laura (restaurant) for her professionalism and positive energy. The food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is great too. I will definitely be back.

Excellent value for money, the staff are very friendly and helpful…we arrived as a group of 13 without a reservation or prior notice and were given the entire upstairs area for drinks 👍
So we came back the next day for dinner. Thanks again!
