That's service, that's restaurant...well done Axel for the service and congratulations to the kitchen team and the chef. The morel tournedos is tender and tasty in its small meat juice taken from the menu is a marvel with its accompaniment including a delicious little candied onion with a slight taste of cinnamon. Dessert Pavlova and soft homemade Valrhona chocolate at the top. See photos. Very nice address, friends.

Hotel Le Roitelet

17/08/2025: We came to visit my niece for four days. The hotel is well located; no need to drive to the heart of Châtel. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating, and offer a truly generous and varied breakfast. The owner is very attentive, not to mention the impeccable cleanliness of this hotel. It's certainly not very modern, but so clean that we preferred this place to others where you shouldn't be too fussy... We will gladly return on a future family visit! Look no further, choose Le Roitelet!
08/08/2025: We came for a family overnight stay. The hotel is comfortable and well-located. The welcome was exceptional; we were pampered. The breakfast is homemade, varied, and very good. We will be back.
