We came across this place late (Bezier late!) at 9pm) There was only 1 table free. I am a vegetarian and when I could not see a veggie Charcuterie board on the menu, I asked for an alternative😬? They made me a beautiful cheese one no problems at all. 😋 My husband had enough meat for 2! 🥩 We shared a basket of bread 🥖, salad 🥗and a litre of local wine between us. 🥂 Amazing quality and €42, excellent value. 👌🏻

Waiting...for an andouillette and a potatoe burger with crème brûlée and 2 scoops of ice cream served with a cardboard pot and wooden spoon...we came there twice, first and last. Too bad because the place is nice, close to the old center, and the table for 2 is comfortable with pleasant old seats.

Good location near Hotel de Ville. Service was slow after a not especially friendly welcome, although the restaurant was not very busy. I ordered veal escalope with a cream and mushroom sauce. Vegetables good, spinach good, fries good, but the veal was tough and buried under much too much sauce. Ricard was cheaper than many places, so my advise would be to have a drink here and then eat somewhere else.

Good little place for lunch. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was good but nothing to write home about, however the quality reflects the price and this was a nice affordable place to stop off for lunch.

13/09/2024: Very good, tasty menu. Inexpensive. Absolutely recommended. With a view of the Canal du Midi lock. Unfortunately there is a busy intersection in front of the bar.
29/08/2024: After a not very interesting boat trip, we stumbled upon this café at the end of the quay of Port Neuf. A pretty shaded terrace and a place off the tourist trail and out of time which is worth stopping there. We ate very well among tables reserved by locals who seemed to appreciate the place. And we understand... the dishes are copious, well presented and delicious. The service is family-friendly, jovial and the café dog who passes among the customers is adorable and our daughter really liked it. A place to recommend to tourists looking for authenticity and calm during the summer.

31/08/2024: We come as a family to enjoy a good value for money meal at the time of the musical fountains. Welcoming, attentive and very pleasant staff. Good food and choice. It's always a pleasure. The only downside is that the tables near the trees are unfortunately accompanied by flies throughout the meal... it's very unpleasant, to see if the terrace can be moved.. That would be really cool.
