Hello We visited and spent over an hour with Gaëlle, who is very professional and kind. She perfectly explained the coffee-making process (from cherry to final bean). A big thank you to Gaëlle and Nicolas for their explanations and kindness. I highly recommend a visit.

I went in with my colleague, and we were served by Ashley, who suggested the new drink (Tonic Espresso). The taste is surprising but not unpleasant. Ashley is friendly and knows her menu well.

Absolutely perfect, the salt and pepper were turned and flipped just the right way 😀 The waiter was very kind and had a smile 😀 The white hot chocolate and cheesecake were absolutely perfect.

25/09/2026: My favorite kebab spot in Béziers, never disappoints! Owned by a very sweet family who are always kind and welcoming, even when my French is not too good lol. Would definitely recommend.

Le Vieux Siège

19/09/2026: A lovely time in a pleasant setting on Place des Trois Six. We thoroughly enjoyed our various dishes: the "Salad of the Old Seat," the salmon tartare, and the enormous anchovy spread (a dish for two). The XXL gourmet coffee was also a highlight. The tarts were fresh. The staff was very friendly and smiling (especially the young waitress). Highly recommended.
17/09/2026: Great little restaurant, the prices are more than reasonable. Everything is homemade. I recommend it.
