Honestly, it's very good. The food is excellent. The atmosphere is just okay. I think it deserves a bit more. The staff are very friendly and the prices are very reasonable.

Contrary to the last two reviews, we had a fantastic time, from the main course to the coffee, including dessert and a glass of red wine. The waitress and cook were incredibly friendly. There were ten of us, and we hadn't made a reservation, but we were still welcomed and served. The children's menu isn't just steak and fries like it usually is. The atmosphere is great, and the lamb shank was delicious too. I highly recommend it; honestly, we ate very well. It's a shame I can't give more stars for the quality of the food.

A perfect meal - summer and winter the setting is pleasant, restaurant well located in the picturesque streets of Grignan, very warm welcome and varied dishes. I fell in love with the truffled scallop ravioli! Edit 10/2022: and the rib steak is very good

26/07/2026: A delightful little gourmet break after visiting the castle, with delicious food and drinks. It was very good, with generous portions, quality ice cream, and excellent waffles. The owner's smile was the perfect finishing touch. Thank you, and see you soon!
18/06/2026: We went for a stroll in Grignan, and it was impossible not to stop at Le Bouboir. We had a wonderful time and indulged, especially me. I had half an apricot tarte tatin with a scoop of ice cream, and I had a chocolate fondant with a scoop of ice cream and two delicious coffees. It was a real treat! I couldn't resist having another fondant with an iced coffee. After your visit to the castle, stop by Le Bouboir; you won't regret it. You'll be served by two charming and smiling ladies, Chantal and Philippe.

11/06/2026: We only went to the restaurant; the setting was beautiful! The service was excellent. The only slight downside was that the main course and dessert we chose were cheaper à la carte but were charged as a set menu with an extra €2 on the bill. It's not much, but it's a shame.
