The place and the food are exceptional, with a price adjusted for haute cuisine, which tends to please the palate with its savory dishes and is exceptional and daring in its desserts. My only complaint is that the staff serves you (delicious) liqueurs without informing you that they will be charged separately at 14 euros a glass, which was annoying. Overall, a very good experience. The Pros: - A magnificent setting - Delicious and beautifully presented dishes, with carefully considered flavor combinations. You can taste the effort and research in each dish; it's a real treat. - Impeccable service - Excellent cocktail of the moment - Very good wine at a reasonable price The Cons: - The guinea fowl was a bit dry and gelatinous, and the portion of meat was very small. - The cheese course was a little underwhelming. - The desserts, while excellent, were very small. They deserved to be a bit larger for a more indulgent experience. It was a little disappointing not to have petit fours at the end of the meal, to finish on a high note as is the case in all other fine dining restaurants. These are minor details, but frankly, it was a very good experience overall!
