What an experience!!!
Our first Michelin-starred restaurant, and quite a remarkable one at that.
It was a superb evening, from beginning to end, everything was perfect, from the warm welcome to the exceptional menu.
A huge thank you to Thomas, our head sommelier, who took such good care of us and offered excellent advice throughout the evening.
The entire team was fantastic as well.
We'll definitely be back!

A disappointing experience for a Michelin-starred restaurant. The service was very slow and clearly inadequate: not enough menus for the tables, very little attention paid, not a word spoken during service, not even a question about our enjoyment of the dishes. The food itself was good, but not remarkable enough to justify the trip. Unfortunately, the poor service and the long wait completely ruined the experience.

A magnificent experience from beginning to end. Chef Guillaume Leclere offered us a culinary journey orchestrated with rare harmony and precision—each dish a revelation.

A seven-course tasting menu on a weeknight.
Delightful discoveries with fresh, expertly prepared ingredients, although we found the main courses (fish and meat) slightly less impressive than in other restaurants of the same caliber. A warm welcome, efficient service, and a beautiful dining room in terms of ambiance and decor!
A minor drawback was the wine pairing. One of the glasses offered was sake, which wasn't initially mentioned. As one of our guests doesn't like sake at all (this was communicated), we would have appreciated a gesture of offering a glass of wine (any kind) as an alternative, which unfortunately wasn't offered.

My partner and I discovered this restaurant for lunch and had a wonderful time. The setting is contemporary and intimate. Chef Guillaume Leclère's cuisine is creative and full of surprises, showcasing seasonal produce. We tried the summer menu. We were particularly impressed by the amuse-bouche featuring eggplant, aged Parmesan, and summer truffle, as well as the cheese selection. We're now eager to see what the menus will be like next. The staff is very friendly and the service is pleasant.

What a magnificent establishment! The decor is sleek and modern, combining wood and aluminum.
The service and staff are attentive, pleasant, and efficient.
The dishes are stunning to behold and so delicious that your palate is filled with pleasure and an explosion of flavors in your mouth. Definitely the 1-star restaurant in the Occitanie region not to be missed! 👨🍳🌟🍀🍀
