Overall, a very good experience. The setting is superb, and you immediately feel immersed in their world. The open kitchens add a real dimension to the experience and allow you to see the team at work.
The menu showcases numerous combinations of Mediterranean flavors. A particular favorite was the first course featuring asparagus, as well as the dessert combining chocolate, caramel, and black olives—an original and delicious combination.
A wonderful discovery at this Michelin-starred restaurant in Montpellier.

First, the place itself, which looks unassuming from the outside, is magical, especially the corridor leading to the dining room. Immerse yourself in the culinary world of the master chef Guillaume Leclere. His cuisine is inventive and uses seasonal and local ingredients. Some combinations might seem surprising or even shocking on paper, but they are simply brilliant. Currently, monkfish with Paimpol coconut cappuccino and sand with apricot are simply divine. I highly recommend this culinary journey into Leclere's universe.

By far the best restaurant in Montpellier. The contemporary setting is the perfect backdrop for this inventive, gourmet, and above all, excellent cuisine. Special mention goes to the team whose professionalism and relaxed elegance enhance the experience.

A most pleasant welcome awaited us upon arrival in a modern and beautifully lit setting with a view of the dressing rooms...
The five courses seemed to stretch into six, much to my delight. The whole experience was very well executed, with only a minor drawback: the truffle announcement was ultimately too discreet. The food and wine pairings were delicious, particularly the St. Guilhem.

My first visit was last night and I'm already won over!
The service was attentive and the wine recommendations excellent.
