I eat here all the time because I'm afraid of being disappointed by something unfamiliar. Reasonable prices Very good and generous portions Very wide selection (even for picky eaters), they have everything Very wide selection of alcoholic beverages Large parking lot Very friendly management and staff Excellent atmosphere for all tastes Very fast service even during peak hours, kudos to them... Always satisfied with the menu and the very tasty dishes. A pleasant welcome and atmosphere at both lunch and dinner. However, disappointed this time by the waiter, who was not very friendly or helpful...

Arriving before 7:00 PM, we decided to have a drink. There was no drinks menu available, so we ordered a Diet Coke and a non-alcoholic beer (no other options were offered). The waiter brought a Jupiler, which we exchanged for a Trolls (after finding a menu ourselves on a table). The appetizer platter was very good (though not offered to us). The platter was cleared, but the glasses remained on the tiny table throughout the meal (which was very good), along with the plates, water glasses, and the large Sampelegrino bottle. The service wasn't great. A shame.

Alberto is a very pleasant and welcoming waiter, the food was very good, just a bit too long a wait for the dessert order.

It's truly a magnificent restaurant; the comfortable seating is on plush banquettes. The service is quick, and the staff is welcoming and very helpful. I ordered the Flemish carbonnade, and I wasn't disappointed. The quality of the meat was excellent. It was succulent, and the sauce was perfect—thick, just the way I like it, and very flavorful. My husband had a ribeye steak with fries. He also thoroughly enjoyed it. A minor complaint about the pepper sauce, which tasted like cream and wasn't very appetizing. The tiramisu was a generous portion, but unfortunately, it was very runny and contained almost no ladyfingers; it was just cream. And it was runny. Perhaps adding more ladyfingers would give it some substance. Otherwise, it was really good, and I also loved the cocktail; we had a Chantal Guava. We will gladly return.
